TOPIC: GOD WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR REMNANT FROM SATAN
SEPTEMBER Tuesday 18th
TEXT: Matthew 7:21-23
KEY VERSE: But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Matthew 8: 12

2 Corinthians 7:1, “Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.” If you go to the market to buy fruits and your mangoes fall to the ground, you will definitely pick them up. They are still eatable and beneficial to you because when you get home you will wash and eat them. Suppose as they fell a goat roaming nearby came and started eating one of them and as you drove it away it dropped the mango. Will you gather the remnant of the goat with the clean ones and take home to eat? Certainly not! You paid for all the mangoes quite all right, but one of them is now defiled and no more suitable to eat. It is only fit to be thrown into the thrash bin. So it is in our relationship with God. Jesus has paid the price for our soul and bought us. But suppose after being saved you don’t keep yourself spiritually clean, holy and pure, will you still be useful for the Master? You have allowed yourself to be abused by Satan through sin and you still want Jesus to accept you in your sin and defilement? If you will not put the remnant of mango eaten by a goat into your fruit basket, how do you expect God to bring the remnant of Satan into his kingdom?

Heaven is not for defiled people. Not for people who are defiled by indecent dressing, worldly adornments and attires such as jewelries, makeups, tattoos, women trousers, body attachments etc. Heaven is not for people who have been defiled by worldly music, alcohol, anger, bitterness, hatred, jealousy, lies and foul utterances. Nothing that is defiled will enter heaven. Nothing that makes a lie will enter heaven. Revelation 22:15, “For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.” Only those who have kept themselves clean, undefiled and are without stain, wrinkles, spots and who live a blameless life will enter heaven. Ephesians 5:26-27, “That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.”

Thought for the day:  You are either for God or Satan. Choose today who to serve.
Song for the day:  I have decided to follow Jesus

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The local church should teach and train her members on scriptural fasting. Believers need to know that the Lord expects...

UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
