TOPIC: YOU ARE GOD’S MASTERPIECE CREATION
SEPTEMBER Thursday 6th

TEXT: Jeremiah 18:1-6
KEY VERSE: For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2: 10

Do you know that you are a special creation of God? You are not a created thing like the rocks or the sea or the fish or lion, but a created being in the image and likeness of God. Bible says you are fearfully and wonderfully created. What a delighting good news! You are a special being because of all God’s creation, you are the only one that lives for eternity, beyond this world. Other creatures of God die and perish in this world, but you are different. You are created for eternity. Also, God has created you with unparalleled intelligence and high reasoning faculty that makes even the wild beasts of the forest submit to your dominion. This also explains man’s capacity to make exploits and great discoveries in this world.

God has a reason for this wonderful and fearful creation in man. Bible calls us God’s workmanship, “Created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” You are created for good works! As a Master Potter, He is able to mould each of His creatures into holy vessels in order to serve His good purpose. Therefore, to be involved in bad works of the flesh is to live contrary to His good plan for your life. But many have abandoned God’s plan to pursue their evil schemes. Ecclesiastes 7:29  Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions. The wonderful creature of God is not beautiful enough in the sight of men. The woman is no more beautiful until she has painted her face with all kinds of make-ups and changed her skin from black to yellow. The black African hair is not good enough until it has been replaced with artificial hair that makes her look more like an American or Indian woman. These are evil works of Satan. As in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah, homosexuality and lesbianism have become common practices in our days and even backed by law in some countries. You must abstain from all works of the flesh and do the good works God has created you for in order to pave way for your heavenly journey.

Thought for the day:  You are a unique expression of God’s loving design. Don’t tamper with it.
Song for the day:  When I think of the goodness of Jesus, And what He has done for me..
Bible reading for the day:
Proverbs 9-10; 1 Corinthians 15:1-32 #Horemow.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
