Emulate Apostle Paul's Exemplary Life In Christian Life And Ministry

Saturday 24th January

Text: 1 Timothy 3: 10-14
Key Verse: Those things which ye have both learned, and received and heard and seen in me do and the God of peace shall be with you. Philippians 4: 9
Apostle Paul lived an exemplary life in Christian ministry. In today's key verse, we see Paul boldly commenting his lifestyle as a Christian leader to his followers. He was clearly declaring this because his conscience bore him witness that he lived a life that was 100% pleasing to God and worthy of emulation. His conscience bore him witness that there was no secret sin or anything that could bring reproach to the name of the Lord in his life. Acts 24:16 "And herein do I exercise myself to have always a Conscience void of offense toward God and toward men.” As Paul was following Christ wholeheartedly, he was dragging people along with him. It means if you too can take the lead in your Christian life, others will follow. Paul's life became a standard measure of good behaviour and godliness. In the key verse, Paul was saying, “I have demonstrated my life before you, those things you have seen in me and learned from me, follow them; they will take you to heaven.” If you continue in them, you will see God's presence in your life and ministry. You will see God's performing and doing wonders in your life and ministry. You will see people’s lives change through your ministry. You will see divine blessings flow to you.
2 Tim 3:14 "But Continue thou in the things which thou has leaned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them.” In this Scripture, Paul is telling Timothy that even though he may not have full understanding of everything, just follow because you know the lifestyle of those people. You can see the sincerity and truth in them. Paul was admonishing Timothy confidently on his life and devotion to God’s truth, holiness and righteousness, and encouraging him to follow in his steps. Paul's standard of like is worthy of emulation by every true believer. A life that sets good example for others and draws them to Christ. We need fervent consistent prayers with strict determination to attain unto God's standard set for us.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

You Are Expected To Bear Fruits Of Righteousness.

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. You Are Expected To Bear Fruits Of Righteousness   Thursday 6th November TEXT: Psalm 126: 1-6 Key verse: Psalm 126: 5 “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.” You are expected to bear fruits of righteousness. Get converts of righteousness. Let the righteous leaders work on the other leaders. Work on your fellows to bring them to the righteousness of God by your life. Convert people. Woman, convert other women. Do you not see people in the church and in your neighborhood that you can convert? Do you not see people around that you can give these holiness books and messages to? God expects that you to bear fruits after your kind. He did not light you to hide you. He gave you talents to acquire gain from the talents he has given you. Why do you hide the truth after you have discovered it? The reason we hold Ministers’ conference is so that all the ministers that attend should go and behave after...
