May Wednesday 1st TOPIC: THE NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF THE BIBLE TEXT: Hebrews 5:12-14 KEY VERSE: Luke 4:4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. Food is essential for the body in order to achieve healthy growth. The body naturally craves for food at one time or the other to satisfy this need. After Jesus fasted 40 days and 40 nights the Bible says, “He was afterward an hungred.” Even though food is essential to the body, it has limited value because the flesh itself is subject to decay no matter how well you take care of it. Food for the stomach, stomach for food, both of them will perish. For this reason, your emphasis should not be on food that nourishes for a while and soon pass out as waste, but on the kind of food that nourishes to eternal life and has no waste material in it, which is the Word of God (the Bible). Food in spiritual sense is used as metaphor to

April Tuesday 30th TOPIC: KINDS OF RESTITUTION AND THE BENEFITS IT PRODUCES  TEXT: 2 PETER 1:10-11 KEY VERSE: Judges 17:2 And he said unto his mother, The eleven hundred shekels of silver that were taken from thee, about which thou cursedst, and spakest of also in mine ears, behold, the silver is with me; I took it. And his mother said, Blessed be thou of the LORD, my son. It is a settled matter that restitution is inevitable in the spiritual cleansing process of the believer. The believer will make restitution as the Holy Spirit has brought to his remembrance and placed the burden on his or her heart. The list below is not exhaustive but could serve as a guide of the kinds of restitution one may need to make. 1. Stolen items 2. Sexual immorality such as pornography, lesbianism, homosexuality, fornication, rape etc. 3. Forged certificate or certificate obtained through cheating in exams. 4. Past criminal activities such as kidna

April Monday 29th TOPIC:  GOD KEEPS HIS COVENANT TEXT: 2 Chronicles 6:14, 15 Key verse: “Now unto Him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” Ephesians 3:20 Children of God, please, realize this, that in the whole world, there is no God that keeps genuine covenant with his children. As a parent, you may promise your children some things and fulfill some, but fail to fulfill others.  Our God is not like that. He is a covenant-keeping God. He keeps and fulfills His promises with those that are honest and are following Him with the whole of their hearts. What He tells them, He does to them no matter the length of the waiting period. In fact, if God promises to do anything for you after your death, He will surely do it when you are gone. He may do it for your children or your grandchildren.  The Lord will surely fulfill His promises to you because His integrity w

April Sunday 28th TOPIC: THE IDENTITY OF MUSLIMS’ ALLAH REVEALED TEXT: Revelation 12:7-9 KEY VERSE: 2Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Revelation of Evangelist Linda Paul-Rika on a Muslim brother in hell continues. Jesus said, “Let me show you the Allah you were bowing down to on earth.” At this point, Jesus stretched forth His hand and I saw a great demon with two big horns appear. I saw Allah written on his forehead. Jesus said, “This is the demon you were worshipping on earth. His character is what his worshippers practice: violence, brutality, abuse, swearing, killing people, destruction of property, lying, using of charm, wickedness, consulting herbalists, drinking of blood, sacrifices, persecution, stealing, immorality, adultery, fornication, polygamous marriage, occultism and so on. I AM a holy God and these are not My characters, and it can never be found in My true

April Saturday 27th TOPIC: THE USE OF HAIR ATTACHMENT IS A CHALLENGE TO GOD’S WORK OF CREATION TEXT: PSALM 139:13-17 Key Verse: For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:20 Hair attachment is not in God's record of human body parts. It is a dishonour to the body and to God who created it. Psalm 139:15,16 says, “My substance was not hid from Thee, when I was made in secret … and in thy book all my members were written." God is a perfect Creator. He keeps record of all the things He has created and calls them by name. All the organs and members that make up the body of His human creature are recorded in His book of creation. These dead foreign hairs are not in God's record of human body parts; neither are they required for the wellbeing of the man or woman. They are disconnected from the blood stream and cannot grow because there is no life

April Friday 26th TOPIC: THE GREATEST IS LOVE TEXT: Genesis 45: 4 – 10 Key verse: 1Corinthians 13:13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. Don’t be angry with your enemy. If your enemy hungers, feed him. If he thirsts, give him water to drink. All his works shall promote your life. If the work the enemy is doing against you will not benefit you, then God will stop him from doing it. If what the enemy wants to do will not eventually honour you, will not end up with blessing, he will not do it. God will not allow him. But if God allows him, however bad or evil those things are, if you submit to God, if you yield to His word, you will see it end up like Joseph’s. Amen. God is constructing a bright future for many youths, male and female; join them. Give your life to Jesus Christ and live a righteous and holy life. Worship God among true and righteous worshippers. 2 Timothy 3: 14-15. 1
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Thursday 25th TOPIC:   REVELATION: THOSE THAT MISSED THE RAPTURE BECAUSE OF THE MISUSE OF INTERNET TEXT: Ephesians 5:10-12 Key verse: “ Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” 1 Peter 5: 8 Today’s study is from the revelation Jesus gave to Sister Finda of Sierra Leone. “Again I saw people sitting on the internet cyber café. I was shocked because it is just a means of communication to us humans. I said, ‘Why do people go to hell or fail to make rapture because of the internet?’ He laughed again; he laughed and the laughter was with echo, then he said, ‘Internet is a means of taking your attention from God.’ I was shocked, I was cold and then I said, ‘What has the internet got to do with the Bible?’ He said, ‘I made it, I did it so it can confuse you and take your mind away from Christ.’ He showed me youths, they looked like Philippines
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Wednesday 24th TOPIC: KEEP ON SPEAKING THE LANGUAGE OF FAITH TEXT: 2 Corinthians 4:6-13 Key verse: “For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation”. Romans 10:10 What you claim to believe in your heart must be expressed through your mouth, to strengthen your faith. When you believed that Jesus Christ died for your sins and He is the only one who has power to save you, you confessed your sins and His Lordship over your life to experience salvation. In the same way, whatever you truly believe you must confess it in order to receive it. The language of faith therefore is the confession of the promises of God and declaration of them over your life and your situations. Always say what God is saying concerning your circumstance and not what your circumstance is saying.   As you keep on speaking the language of faith over that situation, the answer will come. The a
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Tuesday 23rd TOPIC: BE PATIENT IN TRIBULATION TEXT: 1 SAMUEL 13: 8-15 Key verse: “ Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;” Romans 12: 12 You remember that the Philistines were gathered against Saul and Samuel had not yet arrived to make the sacrifice.   According to Saul, Samuel delayed in coming and he went into the house of the Lord to do the sacrifice, an act that only the priest could perform by God’s law.   Saul’s impatience so displeased God that it brought a curse upon him. That is how the children of God end up in life when they abandon their trust in God to follow after demons to seek for help when they think God is delaying.   Samuel came and the Philistines had not yet attacked Israel. Don’t you know that the God that will help you is the same God that will withstand your enemies and hold them to a standstill until He has finished helping you? God is the One standing be
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Monday 22nd TOPIC: NOT EVERBODY WILL BE PART OF GOD’S PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE TEXT: Habakkuk 2: 1-3 KEY VERSE:   Genesis 37:20 Come now therefore, and let us slay him, and cast him into some pit, and we will say, Some evil beast hath devoured him: and we shall see what will become of his dreams. Genesis 37: 8b Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? What Joseph’s brethren said here was indeed a prophecy. “Are you saying that you are going to be greater than us?” Thou sayest it, Amen. When Pilate asked Jesus, “Art Thou the King of the Jews?” Jesus answered, “ Thou sayest .” What your mouth says is it! Joseph’s father said, “My son, what are you saying? Do you mean that your mother, your brethren and I, shall come under you?” Joseph had an explanation for Jacob, his father. “Father, you have said it. It is what God is saying, it is not what I am saying. That’s what God is saying about m
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Sunday 21st TOPIC: LESSONS FROM DANIEL, SHEDRACH, MESHACH AND ABEDNEGO TEXT: Daniel 3:16-18 Key Verse: “Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, He will deliver thee”.   Daniel 6: 16 The just can be delivered from any situation by faith. He shall be saved from any situation by faith. Daniel was saved from the mouth of lions by faith. A heathen king assured Daniel, a just man, that the God whom Daniel was serving continually shall deliver him from the lions. Daniel’s faith in his God was so prominent that a king who is an unbeliever could notice it. How is your faith? Can your spouse testify of your faith? Can your children speak on your behalf that you are a man or a woman of faith? Can your faith in God be testified to in your place of work? Daniel so trusted in his God that his relations
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Saturday 20th TOPIC: LIVING A RIGHTEOUS LIFE BY FAITH TEXT: ROMANS 6: 11-14 Key verse: “ I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me”. Galatians 2: 20 The just shall make progress in life and ministry by faith. Apostle Paul demonstrated this clearly. His eyes were on Jesus.   He was moving in line with the heavenly vision given to him by Jesus. He saw Jesus moving him to a higher ground in life and ministry. Have you been called into ministry by Jesus? He is beckoning you to follow him by faith for him to take you to a higher ground. There is a higher ground than where you are now that God wants to take you to. But God requires your unwavering dependence on him to do it. Believe God and your life and ministry will experience a positive change.   Life will be

The following are excerpts from the testimony: My beloved brethren, I was a conservative Presbyterian pastor who ignored such testimonies as this. But now, I must witness and testify to you what I have seen. Please do not hesitate to live a holy life. Please avoid this miserable torment and judgment of hell. Be saved! Do not live for your flesh; submit to Jesus Christ. IN HEAVEN The angel then escorted me to the place where the saints lived in nice homes. This is where saints who had evangelized much lived … Within the Korean believers, t
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Thursday 18th TOPIC: THE IMMORAL MAN IS LIKE A SUICIDE BOMBER TEXT: 1 Corinthians 5:9-13 KEY VERSE: 2Thessalonians 3:6  Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.  Do not play with sin; do not tolerate sinners. Do not think the matter does not concern you, because it does. Achan's sin affected all. Modeccai told Esther: Don’t think that you will be safe in this situation just because you reside in the king’s palace. When the repercussion comes, you too will not escape the sword of the enemy. Take the Lord serious and shield His ministry from harm. If you see a Coordinator or his wife or a Women Leader not measuring up, report him or her. Do not give authority and honour above righteousness. Do not pity a sinner in your midst. It is the word of God. Deuteronomy 13:9

April Wendesday 17th TOPIC: EXAMPLES OF JUST MEN THAT LIVED BY FAITH TEXT: GENESIS 5:22-24 Key verse:  Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. The expression ‘live by faith” covers every aspect of life and destiny. It means living happily, joyfully, righteously and satisfactorily by faith. You can live a peaceful and qualitative life by faith as you totally trust in God. Your trust is not on money, the people you have (your connections) and your certificates. You are not living by material things, food and money but by the living God. You can live a righteous, holy, peaceful and joyful life by faith. We shall consider the lives of three bible characters that demonstrated strong faith in God. (1.) Enoch: Child of God, know that the just shall live by faith. Enoch walked with God to the end of his life
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Tuesday 16th TOPIC : CONTINUAL PRAYER GIVES VICTORY OVER THE ENEMY TEXT: LUKE 18:2-5 Key verse: “I tell you that He will answer them speedily. Nevertheless when the son of man cometh, shall He find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8). Here is prayer warfare: prayer against your enemies, against the devil and the forces of darkness contending with you. The power you are contending with may be a strong power. Like this widow, the Bible says the judge was a wicked judge. He did not fear God; neither did he regard man. Who then would move him? Here was this widow, a helpless woman. The widow came to him and said, “My opponent is taking away my property. Please judge the case between me and my opponent and give me back my property.” But this judge was so wicked that he did not respect the widow. He did not pity the widow. But there was one weapon that the widow used, which the Lord revealed to be very powerful and effective
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Monday 15th TOPIC: GOD IS NOT INTERESTED IN THE GIFT OF SINNERS TEXT: Acts 8:18-23 KEY VERSE: Deuteronomy 23:18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.  There are ministers who are more concerned for the gift presented than the state of the giver. These ones receive all gifts without questioning and bless every giver without considering their state in the sight of God. Matthew 5:23-24, “Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;  Leave there thy gift before the altar , and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother , and then come and offer thy gift.” This scripture reveals that God is more concerned with the state of the giver than the gift presented by him. God is more concerned for your righteousness than your sa
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Sunday 14th TOPIC: THE ALLAH OF MUSLIMS IS NOT THE GOD OF HEAVEN TEXT: 1 John 2:22-23 KEY VERSE: 1John 5:20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.  Revelation of Evangelist Linda Paul-Rika on a Muslim brother in hell continues. I was filling the pain because what Sidi was saying about my failure to preach Jesus to him when he was alive was true. At this point, I tried to put up a defence so I said, “Sidi, it is not like that” but he would not allow me to talk. He interrupted me saying, “Tell my father, tell the world,” then he started explaining to me his experience immediately after death: “After my death, I joined the queue of judgement and I saw a great glorious man sitting on a mighty chair with mighty angels standing by His side judging
For taking your time to study remain blessed April Saturday 13th TOPIC: ASK WHAT I SHALL GIVE THEE TEXT: Jeremiah 29: 11-12 Key verse: “ In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee. 1 Kings 3:5  God is a prayer-answering God and He invites people to pray to Him. Asking and receiving is a good relationship God wants to establish with men. He wants to establish with you, a relationship of “asking and receiving.” In Psalm 65:2 the Bible says, “O Thou that hearest prayer, unto Thee shall all flesh come.” That is the testimony of people. People know God as God that hears prayers, and they say that unto Him shall all flesh come. Every member of the family should learn to come to God – the father should come to Him, the mother should come to Him, the children should come to Him, because He is the God that hears prayers. Every member of the Church should know God as the one that hears prayers. The Church is serving the
