TEXT: Revelation 3:15-16 KEY VERSE: Revelation 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot The Laodicean Church was a Church of Christ running under a minister like any of our local denominational Churches or fellowship groups today. God spoke about this Laodicean church in today’s reading text saying, “Thou art neither cold nor hot.” The Church was there quite all right and you could hear the noise but that was all to it. This thing is a matter of the heart, not a matter of the eye. If a fat man dies, his dead body will still be looking fat. It he was fair complexioned; his face will still be looking light. But the doctors have instruments to check the heart condition and confirm whether this man looking nicely dressed is dead or alive. Weather the people believe it or not, preach the word. All the messages on removal of jewelries, make ups, hair attachments, women trousers etc. for outward purification are forever valid, so continue preaching them. The messages on marriage restitution has not changed. Polygamy, divorce or remarriage while first lawful husband or wife is still alive is still a sin, so continue to preach them whether people believe or not.
