For taking your time to study remain blessed. February Friday 1st TOPIC: PROSTITUTE ATTIRE IS NOT FOR A CHIRSTIAN WOMAN TEXT: REVELAITON 18:1-8 KEY VERSE: PROVERBS 7:10 "And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart." Prostitutes are not necessarily found in brothels or red light areas. Any woman that dresses to provoke lust in men is also a harlot. Proverbs 7:10 "And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart." These days, you don’t need to go far looking for prostitutes because they are found almost everywhere and in the most unlikely places. We have them in the offices, in the market place, in the neighbourhood and even in many churches. Although you may want to argue that the motive of your dressing is for fashion and not to seduce men, but because you have transgressed the commandment of God on decent dressing and caused another man to stumble, you stand guilty before God and mu

January Thursday 31st TOPIC: DO NOT PLAY THE VIRGIN IN A MARITAL RELATIONSHIP TEXT: 1Corinthians 7:1-5 KEY VERSE: Proverbs 5:19 Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love. Proverbs 24:3 Through wisdom is an house builded; and by understanding it is established. The sexual relationship between a believer and his or her spouse must be treated with scriptural obedience and wisdom. Spouses must seek to satisfy each other sexually so that they do not open the door to the devil to frustrate their Christian life and ministry. Let them not behave as if there is any virtue in being separate from each other or as if they are in a state of celibacy. Married couples should know that fasting does not require cessation of marital sex, except it is to be engaged in for many days. In case one desires to engage in long fasting, mutual discussion and agreement is

January Wednesday 30th TOPIC: PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDY BRETHREN IN THE CHURCH TEXT: 2 CORINTHIANS 8:1-4 KEY VERSE: Galatians 2:10 Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.” Believers are exhorted to do good to all men in the world. Through our good works and benevolence many sinners and religious men and women will be attracted to Jesus and gospel doors will be opened for us in their lives. In this same way, believing wives are instructed to be obedient and kind to their unbelieving husbands. However, the apostle showed that more attention should be given to the poor and needy among the saints. Be concerned for the less privileged brethren. Strengthen them as much as you can that they may enjoy Jesus as you do. Provide money, wears, food, sponsorship and medical care for them. Get marriage partners for them if you can. Be willing that God may use you to fulfill His promises in their lives

January Tuesday 29th TOPIC: DO NOT GIVE HEED TO EVIL FINANCIAL SUPPORTERS TEXT: James 5:1-4 KEY VERSE: 1Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. One of the ways to quench the fire of a holy ministry is through dirty money. God is righteous and you want to go about collecting money from all kinds of people in the name of evangelism? Some of these monies are blood money from ritual killers. Criminals and ritualists bring their dirty money to build cathedrals and to fund outreaches. Instead of them to repent and confess their evil deeds, they want to impress God with their stolen wealth. Do they think God is like them? The problem is that there are ministers of God who cannot distinguish between the clean and unclean. Out of greed, they are tempted to give positions to criminals and wicked ones in the churc

January Monday 28th TOPIC: THE JUST SHALL ENTER INTO ETERNITY BY FAITH TEXT:   LUKE 16: 22-23 Key verse: “ The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come.  He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness.” Isaiah 57: 1-2 The just shall enter into eternity by faith.   Lazarus, amongst catalogues of just men and women, entered into heaven by total trust in God.   I encourage you to believe in God and trust him and you too will enter heaven. Hold to the benefits of the cross and the promises of God up to the point of death and you shall be smiling home to meet your God.   Whatever sin you have committed, hold unto Jesus and confess it to him and your sins shall roll away. 1 John 2:1, 2  My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if an

January Sunday 27th TOPIC: SATAN’S SCHEMES IN WRONG USE OF INTERNET, TELEVISION AND COMPUTERS TEXT: 2 TIMOTHY 2: 19-22 Key verse: “Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way. Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear”. Psalm 119: 37-38 The devil has devised many hurtful schemes to damn souls through the misuse of internet. These include: Pornography, Fraud, Cyber Crimes, Junk Mails, Portals for Witchcraft and Cultism, Sports Betting and Gambling, Dating and Immoral Relationships, Worldly Amusements and Entertainments, Identity Theft and Internet Addiction. We shall consider an excerpt from a divine revelation encounter as presented in the book titled, Escaping Hell fire and Entering Heaven Made Simple by Pastor Paul Rika, the International Director of Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide. Satan said, “I am still in the business of inventing things that can take away the attentio

January Saturday 26th TOPIC: OFFER YOURSELF BEFORE YOUR SERVICE TEXT: Romans 12:1-2 KEY VERSE: 2Corinthians 8:5 And this they did, not as we hoped, but first gave their own selves to the Lord, and unto us by the will of God. The Christian brother or sister who desires to serve God faithfully must be born again. He or she must show clear evidence of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus. His household and the people around him must attest to his new life and the righteousness of Christ in him. This is the only way Christian service can bring glory and honour to our Lord Jesus Christ. Serving God in sin is an aberration and disservice to His holy name. Be sanctified and serve God with a pure heart. 1Thessalonians 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: Sanctification is a separate experience of grace required in someone who is already born again
