Now what are the pastors who are bestowed with the responsibility of uniting the church going to do?  Answer: The idea that taking the Holy Communion cleanses from sin is erroneous because the forgiveness and cleansing of sins means you are no more committing sin. If your sins are forgiven it means that sin has been removed. The record of sin on you has been canceled and you have received power to sin no more. He just turned to him and said, “Aeneas, Christ Jesus maketh thee whole. Arise and take your bed.” He didn’t use oil but Aeneas got healed. So, it is optional for those who choose to use it. The use of anointing oil in the New Testament was restricted to healing the sick but then you find anointing oil in another dimension in the present church. TOPIC: PRAYER MANNERISMS   WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 11th TEXT: LUKE 18: 10-14 Key verse: 1 Thessalonians 5: 17 “Pray without ceasing.” The church is made up of mature believers, young believers, unbelieving members, and newcomers. Seek to edify others in your prayers. Prayer mannerisms in the worship service should be decent so as not to abuse the art of prayer. Strange screams, wild movement, and other unwholesome prayer manners should be avoided. Some have given blows to their neighbors through wild stretching of hands. The screams and strange body movements of some draw attention to themselves and cause many to give up praying to watch them.  Indecent kneeling and prostration by females in a mixed congregation can stir lust among the males. The pure and fervent spirit of prayer in the church should not be quenched through unwholesome prayer mannerisms. Many spend time singing instead of praying.  Others dance during prayer.

Answer: Our brother is asking why women wear trousers today and why churches not preaching against it. Women wear trousers because of the spirit of whoredom and harlotry. The trousers are the uniform of harlots because they help her to market her commodity very well, such that people can now be aroused; people can see her private part. Women are aware that if men see their private parts, they will be moved. So, harlots now have found ways to cause their private parts to be uncovered so that men can see it and be seduced and go for them.  Women wear trousers to help them market themselves.

TOPIC: TITHE AND OFFERINGS SUNDAY OCTOBER 8TH TEXT: MALACHI 3: 8-12  Key verse: Malachi 3: 10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.  Tithe is one tenth of all your earnings and this is to be given to God in appreciation of His kindness and blessings upon you. It is God's demand over all men on earth, just as the Government demands tax from its citizens. Tithe is expected from salaries, wages, dividends, interests, farm produce and all earned income. Note that tithes are not paid over gifts. What you give to God from gifts received is offering. If anybody chooses to pay tithes of gifts received, he is free, for some give God more than one tenth of their earnings as their personal commitment.

My name is Sister Deborah Samuel. On our return to Sokoto after the accident, the bone-setter from Mafara worked on my leg and left. We did an X-ray but the results remained in the envelop; unused. Other bone-setters in Sokoto tried without progress. I was bedridden for months and had painful bedsores but we receivied a life-saving counsel and overcome it. Later, we moved to Bauchi and tried other bone-setters but my case defied all remedies; patients came with broken limbs, recovered and left me there.
