TOPIC: A GUIDE FOR OPERATION OF WOMEN MINISTRY IN HOREMOW (PART 1)

TEXT: MATTHEW 28:19-20 
19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

KEY VERSE: 1TIMOTHY 2:11-12
11. Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
12. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 

We are to teach everything that the Bible commands. All leaders, should be able to know these things. So that nothing is happening there differently. Therefore, we have to make clear the biblical basis of the arms of the ministry in HOREMOW as it ought to be. 

Let's note the following. The women ministry was created to handle special cases among the women by the pastor. Remember, it is the pastor that has been called, not the women leader or coordinator. The opportunity comes from women ministry to enable the pastor to see their needs and how to handle them. Think of the way pastor labors on witches and wizards, mostly among the women. You will know it is not a woman's work. 

Number two, they are fully subject to their leaders. To the pastor. And their finances. They could raise money only by the permission of the pastor. And account the same to the pastor after expenses. They're not independent. 

There's no crusade plan anywhere that is done independently without the pastor's knowledge. No. They need the pastor there. Like all of us. Some things that you think are minor, we still tell the international director, Pastor Paul Rika. He is the visioner. He is the one God called. God brought us to assist him. He must know everything we are doing over there. 

Women, you have been given the privilege to evangelize, teach the women, direct the women, yet you are subject to the pastor. There is nothing we are discussing with you that we cannot discuss with him. We can tell him, a woman said we are going to so and so place and this is the situation of the place. Sir, what do you have to say? He may say something. You are subject to him. 

Number three, it is not mandatory to start women ministry or women fellowship unless the need arises. The woman leader is subordinate to and receives instruction from the pastor. The woman leader can be changed by the pastor.
