TOPIC: DESIRED QUALITIES OF WORKERS IN HOLINESS REVIVAL MOVEMENT WORLDWIDE (3)

TEXT: PSALM 119:33–40
33. Teach me, O LORD, the way of Thy statutes; And I shall keep it unto the end.
34. Give me understanding, and I shall keep Thy law; Yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35. Make me to go in the path of Thy commandments; For therein do I delight.
36. Incline my heart unto Thy testimonies, And not to covetousness.
37. Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; And quicken thou me in Thy way.
38. Stablish Thy word Unto Thy servant, who is devoted to Thy fear.
39. Turn away my reproach which I fear: For thy judgments are good.
40. Behold, I have longed after Thy precepts: Quicken me in Thy righteousness.

KEY VERSE: ROMANS 12:2 Be not conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind so that you may prove what is that good, acceptable, and perfect will of God.

All workers in HOREMOW are to be productively engaged in divine assignment. Divine assignment is the wisdom of God to His church in this end time. It is God who gave us this assignment to preserve the church and rescue it from the decadence that has bedeviled it.

Today’s Christianity is void of study of God’s word, qualitative prayers and evangelism is almost practically dead in the church. You hardly see believers buying books to read. The social media have taken many Christians today away, including pastors.

Many hardly have time for personal spiritual development. But God has used the international director, Pastor Paul Rika to engage the brethren in profitable spiritual assignments. It is therefore imperative for all members to partake in these assignments. From the key verse, apostle Paul admonished the Romans not to be conformed to this world.

Engaging in the divine assignment will ensure constant renewal of the mind as a believer constantly studies the Bible, listens to messages and engages in prayers. He will be constantly refreshed, revived, and renewed in the spirit to be rapture-ready at all times. Such a believer will render good, acceptable, and perfect service to God.

When you engage actively in divine assignment, you are likened to a wise virgin who is not casual in her service to God. You possess more oil than the lazy, careless believer in the church. This extra oil keeps you fit while waiting for the bridegroom. May God grant us His enabling grace to actively participate in His divine assignment in Jesus’ name.

Thought for the day: Partaking in divine assignments has many spiritual benefits.

Song for the day: Give me oil in my lamp, keep me burning.....

Bible reading for the day: Isaiah 44-46

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. January Saturday 18th TOPIC: HOW TO ATTAIN BIBLE HOLINESS TEXT: Romans 6:20-23 KEY VERSE: Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Besides the essential knowledge of the holy life of a Christian, it is good to understand the manner and process of becoming holy before God. Holiness of life is a life that has overcome sin through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. It is a life that does not commit sin. 1John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Getting this experience requires four things: 1. Know that apart from holiness, there is no alternative lifestyle for heaven. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holin...
