TOPIC: HOLY GHOST BAPTISM IS FOR ALL THAT ARE BORN AGAIN
TEXT: John 7:37-39
KEY VERSE: Acts 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.

Baptism in the Holy Ghost is for all that are born again and desire more of Him. To be baptized in the Holy Ghost means to be filled with the Holy Ghost or to experience an overflow of the Spirit. A person that is born again is like a container that was once empty but at the point of being born again, some measure of content was poured inside him but not to the full measure. The person is no longer empty of the Holy Spirit, who now lives in him. But baptism in the Holy Ghost is like filling a container until it overflows.

John 7:37-39
37 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Only those born again and who earnestly desire it in faith qualify for this experience.  Luke 11:9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. If you are born again, there is something that has been deposited inside you that needs to explode in your generation to warn sinners of the dangers ahead. But you need the baptism of the Holy Spirit to do this effectively.

- You need Holy Ghost power to go and rescue souls that are perishing in your generation
- You need this power to preserve your salvation to the end.
- You need the Holy Ghost for exploits in ministry.
- You need the Holy Ghost for academic success and deeper knowledge of God
- You need Him for freedom and victory over the powers of devil, demons, witchcraft and marine agents.
- Without Holy Ghost baptism, your Christianity will lack full powers to operate

Thought for the day: Yearn for it, pray for it, seek baptism of the Holy Ghost for spiritual exploits.
Song for the day: The power, the power, the Pentecostal power……
Bible reading for the day:
Exodus 19-21; Matthew 20:1-16

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
