TOPIC: FOUNDATIONAL ERROR IN MARITAL RELATIONSHIP CAN AFFECT HEAVENLY RACE
TEXT: Galatians 6:7-9
KEY VERSE: Matthew 7:11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

Some people marry in immorality. The man or lady falls for your trick and you take her home, both of you continue to live in your filth. They negotiate immorality saying, “Give me now, I don’t have to wait; otherwise how do I know you can perform?” Much lies are being told to get married. Some use borrowed apartment, or borrowed car or borrowed garment to impress the other person. The woman is swept off her feet as she sees a great future husband, not knowing she has entered what some people call “one chance” vehicle. We also see subordination to parents as they get married not by God’s will but by parents’ choice. It is the mother or father or elder sibling that choose for you. In some cases, we see cultural prohibition forbidden them to marry from certain tribes even if it is God’s will. God can only save those he can save even when they repent and come to Jesus because much damage has already been done.

Some grow up in the church but they are not committed. They were born into the church and grew up there but they manipulate God’s commandments and pick those things they want to obey. They can’t wait for God in marriage. They are attention-seekers who want people to know they are there. They don't believe God can locate them where they are and give them their husband or wife. Rather, they go into boyfriend and girlfriend relationships in immorality. They move close to the person of interest and create the impression of godly lifestyle but God is not in it. Their ways are carnal. They circumvent the marriage committee guidelines and concoct stories among themselves which they take to the committee. They are in the church but actually operating between the church and the world. When asked if they have been communicating they lie – “Never,” they will say thereby adding sin to sin. Some run away from medical test because they are afraid the result may not be favourable. Come and see the bride’s dressing on wedding day; come and see dancing. Everything worldly! They do all these to their hurt. These people go completely astray because the Spirit of God is not in them. But thank God there are still some remnants. Those whose mouths have not kissed Baal. Those ready for heaven. Hallelujah!

Thought for the day: Marriage can make or mar your Christianity. Let God choose for you.
Song for the day: I have decided, to follow Jesus, I have decided to follow Jesus
Bible reading for the day:

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
