TOPIC: THERE ARE MANY CHURCH LEADERS WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF SCRIPTURES
TEXT: John 3:1-10
KEY VERSE: John 3:10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
We have many of them in Christian ministries who serve as Pastors, Elders, Bishops and General Overseers. Some are trained theologians and some serve as youth leaders, but one common thing about them is that they have no knowledge of the word of God. A pastor was asked to preach in a church and he said that when he takes alcohol, he will be charged enough to preach without being intimidated by the presence of anybody. Can you imagine such a minister on pulpit! A prophet once said he sees visions clearly when under the influence of alcohol. Can anyone understand the power of the message of God under the influence of alcohol? Their understanding is unfruitful!

Many who claim to be on the way to heaven are on the broad way to destruction, being ignorant of the narrow way. They declare weeks of fasting and prayer every year, but it is all for publicity. They claim to know Jesus and are preaching to others and laboring for their salvation, but they are in actual fact blind leaders leading the blind into the ditch. They don’t know the way of holiness. They don't know the narrow way of life. They are completely ignorant of it. They know nothing about original Christianity but pride themselves as vanguards of truth in the vineyard of God.  They are the Nicodemuses of our time. Among these, you will find women in their trousers but fervently serving the Lord. You find men in their ungodly attires, like the Bishops in gorgeous attires hanging jewelry on the neck in the name of crucifix or wearing caps in the church.

They are always going out for crusades to win more souls, even claiming to perform miracles and healing the sick. Do a check on his family, his marriage, you may discover that such a man who is so fervent in spending much for crusades and soul winning may be with the third wife. Check the women singing fervently in the choir, you may discover all of them are carrying jezebelic properties such as perming, attachment, painting of their lips, false nails etc. Their choristers will raise their hands with emotion as if the Holy Ghost is operating in them in full force, but it is all a farce. They are defiled with blood. Those things they use to paint their lips are made from the kingdom of darkness. They are not interested in anything more than ‘I am looking good.’
Thought for the day: If the blind leads the blind, both of them will fall into the ditch.
Song for the day: Make me a vessel unto honor…..
Bible reading for the day:
Genesis 44-45; Matthew 14:1-21.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
