TOPIC: TESTIMONY OF RESTITUTION ON FALSIFIED IMMIGRATION PAPERS – Bro. Felix (Germany)
TEXT: 1 John 1:8-10
KEY VERSE: Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

Four years ago, I realized through the messages and teachings in Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide (HOREMOW) that I needed to do restitution for the lies I told when I was applying for visa to travel to Spain in 2007. Every statement I made to the Nigerian and Spanish authorities: Name, Age, Date of Birth, Place of Birth etc. were false. Nothing was real. I never knew these things were evil. I thought I was right in falsifying my documents to get a visa since I saw others doing it. I was a born-again believer in the church; I was a serious worker; I was active in evangelism and doing morning cry. I had been leader, worker, teacher etc. in the churches I attended and still did not know these things. Even divorce, I did not know anything was wrong with it. It was shocking to realize that during these years of going to church, nobody said anything about restitution. I had no idea these things existed in scripture. Now in this Holiness Movement, I began to hear these doctrines. I could not just walk away like that. The fear of the Lord came strongly upon me, so I decided to do necessary restitution.

Pastor Kennedy who is a friend of mine accompanied me to the Spanish police to confess my sin. Since I was only one-year-old in Spain before I moved to Germany, I could not speak the Spanish language well so Pastor Kennedy had to go with me as an interpreter. I met a police lady who after hearing my confession went to get about five other officers who asked us to repeat our story. I repeated my confession that I lied to them and all information between Nigeria and Spain are false. I surrendered the documents with me. They took it and started speaking to themselves. Soon, the station was filled with officers, all shocked by what they were hearing. I had already concluded in my mind that I was going to be deported given the way they were talking and looking at me. Suddenly, another person came with a big boss that looked like their commissioner, who stared at me intensely for about six seconds. Then, he ran quickly to his office and came back with a thumb-print machine. He asked me to thumb print and connected it to the computer. Thereafter, he asked for my paper. They confessed that since they joined the police, they have never heard anything like this before.
(To be continued tomorrow)

Thought for the day: Don’t hide your sin. Confess and God will show you mercy.
Song for the day: Speak Lord and my heart will obey, the words that You speak……
Bible reading for the day: Genesis 36-37; Matthew 12:1-21

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
