Healing From All Sicknesses

Friday 27th February

Text: Psalm 103:2-5
Key Verse: Exodus 15:26 And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in His sight, and wilt give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for lam the LORD that healeth thee.
All that God made was good and perfect. The origin of sickness and disease is disobedience and sin. Before the fall of man, there was no sickness or disease. It was sin that introduced infirmity and brought pains and death. Sometimes, God permits His children to be afflicted to test their righteousness or stir them to pray. When affliction comes, it is good to examine yourself to be sure you are not the cause. God has made provision for divine healing because he promises to make sicknesses and diseases far from us. “I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for Í am the LORD that healeth thee.” If you are afflicted by disease, pray to God or meet the elders to pray for you, and the prayer offered in faith shall bring healing (James 5:13-14). Even as you pray, do not forsake medical treatment, because by wisdom it is also the provision of God for your healing. In seeking healing for your ailment, you must avoid things that will hinder the process. These include:
1. Lack of Faith-James 5:15; Rom 14:23; Gal 4:8-9).
2. Unconfessed Sins. Sin is a hindrance to healing. Proverbs 28:13
3. Lack of Importunity. Pray earnestly for your healing. God is not lethargic to the cries of his children. If you can persist and persevere in prayers, an answer will come. Be like the persistent widow and keep on pleading your case with God until an answer comes. Don't lose hope, even if it is a terminal disease.
4. Unforgiveness. Matthew 5:7 Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

Thought For The Day: Take your case to God in prayers.

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
Every Word Of God For Daily Living For taking your time to study remain blessed July Tuesday 9th TOPIC: WE ARE IN THE TWILIGHT HOUR OF RAPTURE TEXT: Ephesians 5:26-27 KEY VERSE: Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Seeing the traces of the features of the next dispensation in this present dispensation, you should know that you are in the twilight hour. What is a twilight hour? A twilight hour is that hour of the day that you begin to see the traces of the night while it is still daylight (probably 7:00pm to 7:30pm). It is not completely dark, yet it is not complete bright either. While it is still day, you are seeing the traces of the night. A twilight hour is the hour when you are still in this dispensation but you are already seeing traces of the next. The twilight hour is the time that our Lord Jesus Christ was born and even though He came with the New Test...
