THERE IS NO PROFIT SERVING GOD IN SIN

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

TOPIC: THERE IS NO PROFIT SERVING GOD IN SIN  August Monday 31st

TEXT: Revelation 3:17-18

KEY VERSE: Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

The counsel is, “Buy of me white raiment that thou mayest be clothed, that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear.” The people see you in sin, are you not shaming this gospel? Are you not shaming your life? When you look at the life of your pastor, does he pass for a true Christian? Is he practicing righteousness? Does he know Jesus? Is it not business that goes on between the two of you there? That is why the Lord is saying that you too are naked because you are not hearing the word that will change you. Jesus is saying, get from Me righteousness, ask Me for real salvation and I will get you born again.

Then ask Me to sanctify your heart and make you thoroughly clean, and I will do it. The Lord also said, “Put eyesalves on your eyes to enable you see.” What is the Lord talking about? He is saying, “Get spiritual insight of the word of God. Know it by revelation. Jesus asked whom men said He was and His disciples replied that some say He was John the Baptist, some say He was Elias, some say He was one of the prophets. Jesus further asked, “But whom do you say I am?” Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God,” and Jesus told him that only by revelation did he know that.

If you are in the choir and you have not gotten this revelation, you will be engaging in masturbation or lesbianism, yet you will continue to minister in carnality. You will be doing your Christian service in the flesh because the revelation gospel has not been understood by you. My Father will give you His revelation when you become serious about Christianity.

When you cry out and say, “O Lord, I cannot be a pretender anymore,” then your eyes will open deep inside you. Your heart will understand righteousness. The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is the One that makes appearances and visitations to people to give scriptural insight by revelation. But if you say you don’t want to believe, then you will die in your sin. May this not be your portion in Jesus name.

Thought for the day: Hypocrites have no place with God.

Song for the day: You must be holy…….

Bible reading for the day: Psalm 145-147; 1 Corinthians 11:1-15

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
