LET JESUS RULE OVER YOUR MARRIAGE – Part 2

For taking your time to study remain blessed.
TOPIC: LET JESUS RULE OVER YOUR MARRIAGE – Part 2 August Monday 3rd
TEXT:  Ephesians 1:21-22
KEY VERSE: Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

Jesus is the Sovereign Lord and Supreme Power who rules over all the universe and exercises power over all His creatures. He can kill and make alive. He can lift up and bring low. There is nothing affecting your marriage that is beyond His power. 1 Samuel 2:6 The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. Jesus is a COMFORTER. You have been sorrowful probably because you lost somebody or something valuable, or your husband, friend or boss is maltreating you. Invite Jesus to comfort you. Jesus is a FRIEND. Are you lonely? Jesus will keep your company and keep you busy in practical fellowship. Jesus is WISDOM. When you invite Jesus, you invite wisdom. Jesus in a family is wisdom in the family, in marriage or in business. Wisdom is more valuable than money or gold. Wisdom is the principal thing.

Proverbs 4:5-9 [5] Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. [6] Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. [7] Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. [8] Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. [9] She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.

Jesus is the true JUDGE. He will judge you and your offenders in righteousness and there will be no miscarriage of justice. Take your case to Jesus and he will vindicate you in your righteousness. Jesus is a REWARDER. Man may not appreciate your work of labour and sacrifices but Jesus does. He will reward you in due course. Do the best you can according to the grace He has given to you. 1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. Jesus is the POWER OF GOD against principalities and power. Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
