Baptism in the Holy Ghost is for all that are born again and desire more of Him. To be baptized in the Holy Ghost means to be filled with the Holy Ghost or to experience an overflow of the Spirit. A person that is born again is like a container that was once empty but at the point of being born again, some measure of content was poured inside him but not to the full measure.
