OUR INTEREST IS IN YOUR SOUL, NOT YOUR MONEY

For taking your time to study remain blessed.
TOPIC: OUR INTEREST IS IN YOUR SOUL, NOT YOUR MONEY   July Tuesday 28th
TEXT: 2 Corinthians 8:11-15
KEY VERSE: 2 Corinthians 8:13 For I mean not that other men be eased, and ye burdened:

The focus of many churches is on money, property acquisition and physical development. Meanwhile, it is not physical buildings Jesus is coming for. He is coming for the souls of men, and we must watch over the souls of men to ensure they remain righteous and holy. We must not overburden these people, lest they die and go to hell. Therefore, why are you embarking on projects upon projects upon projects, just to kill people? Just to take away righteousness from people and put murmuring into their mouth? Didn’t you hear God say He loves a cheerful giver? Preach the gospel message to the people and pray to God to give you money. The Lord on his own will raise up people to bear the burden; those who have the resources will stand up for the projects. God will simply instruct them, “You here, stand up, you there, stand up; support this, support that,” and you will not have to overburden anybody. Those that will bear the chunk of the burden will not feel it because they have more than enough in their possession. This way, righteousness will not be affected and this will continue to be the state of this Movement to the end, in Jesus name.

Render service willingly, not by force. Give willingly, not by force. In Holiness Revival Movement, we don’t ask sinners to give. Rather, we preach that you give your souls to Jesus; we ask you to give your life to Jesus. This is contrary to the way most of today’s churches operate. They have much glory on earthly matters. Yes, they boast of huge congregation; they worship in mega-sized Headquarter cathedral; they have multiplied branches; they wield national and international influence, and they boast of doctrinal superiority. They boast, “we have the doctrine.” They forget that what matters most is the life you live, not the doctrine you preach. Show me your faith without your works and I will show you my faith by my works. You have doctrine but you are not working the works of righteousness. You have doctrine but you lack love, you are proud, you are heady, you despise others, you persecute children of God, you are not accepting other Christians, so which doctrine do you have? The doctrines of God are unto righteousness; the doctrines of God are unto holiness; the doctrines of God go with truth and love. Why then are you different?

Thought for the day: Let priority of the church be soul-winning, not money-making.
Song for the day: Jesus must be honored, must be honored, must be honored……
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 53-55; Acts 27:26-44

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
