LIVE BY THE WORD OF GOD TO MAINTAIN A CLEAN LIFE

For taking your time to study remain blessed.
TOPIC: LIVE BY THE WORD OF GOD TO MAINTAIN A CLEAN LIFE August Saturday 1st
TEXT: Deuteronomy 32:45-47
KEY VERSE: Ecclesiastes 10:1 Dead flies cause the ointment of the apothecary to send forth a stinking savour:  so doth a little folly him that is in reputation for wisdom and honour.

When you spoke, the smoke of your language went up and you saw some impurities inside the words you spoke. Why? Because your inside does not have a cleanser any more. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you (John 15:3). Which word have you heard from Jesus? How can you be clean? Why wouldn’t polluted words come out of you? Why wouldn’t broken bottles of lies be seen around you? It is natural. This is a natural formula, but your case is serious because you have been a noble man; a well-respected personality in Christ. The Bible says, “Be ye perfect!” With all the reputation you had, with all the honour, will it not be shameful to see sin in your life? People who knew you before will now shake their heads wondering what has happened to you. They will say, “You mean pastor did that?” A woman might have noticed how lustfully you now look at her like other men. What has come over you pastor? Pastor is no more prayi\ng. Pastor is no more fasting. Pastor is no more reading the Bible. That is why even pastor himself is surprised the way he is now starring and admiring your buttocks and sensitive body parts. Why would that no be? Pastor, there is no more strength in your spiritual life. You took care of others’ vineyards, but your own vineyard has been neglected!

This is why the Lord is saying, care well for your spirit and soul. Feed on the word regularly and live by it. It is your life!  Moses by inspiration commanded the Israelites, “Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life.” The water is hot because there is fire under it. But put out the fire and you will see the heat coming down by the second. Many are working tirelessly to minister to others. They receive commendation as faithful servants but fail to care for themselves. Consequently, little foxes come up to destroy their righteousness before God and man. They engage themselves as teachers of God’s word, teaching others fervently, but they don’t have time to teach themselves. This is dangerous to one’s spiritual life.

Thought for the day: Don’t care for others and neglect your own soul.
Song for the day: Read you bible pray every day, pray everyday……
Bible reading for the day: Psalm 65-67; Romans 2

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
