THE SPIRITUAL MAN IS MORE THAN A CHURCH-GOER

For taking your time to study remain blessed.
TOPIC: THE SPIRITUAL MAN IS MORE THAN A CHURCH-GOER July Saturday 25th
TEXT: John 3:3-8
KEY VERSE: Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

In today’s reading text, Jesus was talking to a religious ruler, a minister of the word of God. He told him, you are still a carnal man, a natural man, you need an experience in your life and that experience is called “born again.” The man was surprised. He asked Jesus if as big as he was He expected him to enter into his mother’s womb and be born a second time, which is practically impossible by the law of nature. Jesus said, no; it is a spiritual transformation that comes to a man through the hearing of the word, application of the word, the conviction of the word and the workings of the Holy Spirit in a supernatural way through which he experiences a changed life. By a great miracle of spiritual regeneration, he gets a new nature and starts thinking differently, God becomes sweet to his life and he regains his senses like the prodigal son. Something happened to the prodigal son that made him to go back to reconcile with his father and submit to him. That same thing has to happen to you.

You must come back to your senses, and go back to God, and reason with God, and seek forgiveness from God. Then God also will reach out to you by embracing you, changing your clothes, taking the rags out of your dirty life, and giving you a new life of honour. All those things that you have messed up your life with: the attitude, the mannerisms, the relationships, and all the bad ways you were doing things, He will remove all from you and say, “Put a new garment upon him and put new shoes on his feet.” All these will be done to show that you are now a child, restored to fellowship with the father and fully recovered. The father said, for this my child was dead, now he is alive; he was lost, now he is found. Born again! It is then he is qualified to be in that house and join those that will be praising the father and coming to see the father. This is what is also expected of your life.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The local church should teach and train her members on scriptural fasting. Believers need to know that the Lord expects...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
