TOPIC: GOD COMES FIRST, NOT YOUR HUSBAND
JULY MONDAY 2nd

TEXT: Mark 12:29-30
KEY VERSE: Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. Psalm 73: 25

Your primary responsibility is to God not your husband or any man. Fear God's judgment above the wrath of man on earth. The first person to obey in your house is God. Matthew 10:28, “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Your husband, parents or office boss must be made subject to the Lord Jesus in your life. Dress to please God, not man. Exposing your bodies to please your husband will not stop a wayward husband from immorality. Give your tithe and offering to God. You don't need your husband’s permission to pay your tithe. Submit to your husband only as it does not transgress God’s law. Colossians 3:18  Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord.

Marriage is for life. Check well before you marry a man to be sure he is not previously married. Once validly married, you cannot divorce. 1 Corinthians 7:2, 10-11 “2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. 10  And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: 11  But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.” The scripture makes it clear that to divorce or put away and remarry is to become guilty of the sin of adultery. Luke 16:18, “Whosoever putteth away his wife, and marrieth another, committeth adultery: and whosoever marrieth her that is put away from her husband committeth adultery.” Handle your marriage well to make it blameless in the sight of God. Proverbs 14:1 Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
