DIVINE ENCOUNTER WITH LATE PASTOR JOE RIKWEN (PART 1)
April 13th
Text: Matthew 24:46-50
Key Verse: 2 Timothy 4:5  But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Praise the Lord Jesus! Alleluia! The Lord Jesus Christ visited HOREMOW mightily before, during and after the Benue State Holiness Ministers’ Conference and Crusade held at Aper Aku Stadium, Makurdi, Benue State in July 2016.  The programme itself was a huge success as multitudes of souls were won to the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise the name of the Lord! Alleluia! The Lord visited Daddy and Mummy Linda on the day of arrival. That night in the hotel lodging, Mummy Linda saw a great vision as the Lord came in a powerful visitation. She testified that she saw powerful display of divine fireworks in the clouds and the names of Jehovah displayed across the firmament – Jehovah Shammah! Jehovah Jireh! Jehovah Nissi! Jehovah Shalom! Jehovah El Shaddai! Etc. etc. etc. Praise the Lord! Then she heard the voice of the Lord like mighty thunders speaking to her. “I AM JESUS THE SON OF GOD. I HAVE COME TO VISIT MY CHILDREN IN BENUE STATE”. The Lord gave messages to the Christians in Benue and lamented that His Church is polluted. He warned Christians to repent or face judgment. He emphasized that His coming is near.

The Lord directed Pastor Rika to preach a message on Judgement during the programme. This message was preached on the last night of the programme and was titled, Restitution and Personal Cleansing. The immediate impact of the message was overwhelming as there was also an audible thundering in the clouds during the message. Many people responded to the altar call and made decision for Jesus. The International Director decided that there should be a session of praise and thanksgiving unto the Lord that night for the great success of the programme. This was held upstairs in the sitting room of the State House with Daddy Rika, Mummy Rika and some HOREMOW Coordinators in attendance. As the praise was going on, the Lord descended bodily in a mighty way. She saw only a part of His huge legs as He stood in the spacious parlour of the State House, but she heard His voice as great thunders, while multiple scenes of events were displayed on the Lord’s legs as seen in the menu page of a DVD with multiple films. “Suddenly in the midst of the revelation, I saw late Pastor Rikwen face to face in the parlour as we were praising God. Before his death in December 2015, he was the HOREMOW Coordinator for Kubwa Zone. I was shocked and startled, but he quickly said, ‘Ah! Sister, it is me now.  Why are you surprised? I am the one now. The Lord wants me to give you a message for my brethren.’ So, I relaxed and he started speaking to me. ‘Please tell my brethren, the Coordinators of Horemow to do this work with all their hearts.’”

Thought for the day:  How are serving this holy God? Every soul will one day give account.
Song for the day: Make me worthy in the morning …
Bible reading for the day:
1Samuel 13-14; Luke 14:1-24

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
