GOD WILL NOT SPARE SIN NO MATTER WHO IS INVOLVED

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

Topic: GOD WILL NOT SPARE SIN NO MATTER WHO IS INVOLVED       October Saturday 31st

Text: 2 Samuel 24:10-17

Key verse: Hebrews 10:31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

The Lord had told David not to number the people, but pride made him to do so. So God reacted: “You will suffer for that pride and since you are a leader too, sitting over people who refused to pray for you, they too will suffer with you. You are a king, but you did wickedly because of pride. God will humble you. Your nation will suffer for it.” Then David prayed and said, “God, forgive me.” The Lord said, “Saying ‘forgive me,’ ‘forgive me’ is not enough. After I have dealt with you, you will learn your lesson forever. I am going to allow fire to burn you alive so that you will learn your lesson in hard way. Tomorrow when somebody says go and show your pride, you will say get away from me!” (Paraphrased).

God told Prophet Gad, “Go and tell David I am going to cause starvation in the land. Rain will not fall well so the people will suffer famine for seven years, because of what you have done. Alternatively, I will give your enemies three months victory over the land of Israel to trample on Israel at every quarter. And as they kill the people and torment them you will be running up and down for your life for three months because you did this wickedness. The third option is that I will handle it myself and judge your land for three days. I tell you, it is not easy to correct sin. Judgment of sin is very bitter and sometimes leads to the death of many people. It will affect your family and prosterity. The soul that sinneth it shall die.

David was told that no amount of prayer and fasting could remove the repercussion of his sin. David decided not to choose famine of seven years. It would have been terrible upon Israel. Neither did he accept that his enemies should have victory over them because these were wicked men. They would be merciless in dealing with Israel. He decided to fall into the hands of God, because of His great mercies, believing that God’s anger would subside after a while. What a wise choice he made! Pray for one another. Pray for your relations. Let them not go and bring problem to that house. If your relations go to fight somewhere the people will be coming there to revenge. If your elder brother does wickedness and they see you they will attack you. Don’t allow sin in your life. It has its own repercussion.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.  Monday 10th November  Text: Jude 1: 2-5 Key verse: Jude 1: 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. The faith of Jesus has already been delivered and it is written in the scriptures. Whatever prophecies, revelations or dreams that comes must not be contrary to the standard in the scripture. They must speak the same thing. The testimony of Jesus is spirit of prophecy. Every prophecy or revelation must honour Jesus and must be according to the written word. Even where they are new things, they must not contradict because the Bible is a summary of the things Jesus did. The Bible cannot contain all things. It must be according to what the scripture has already signified, ...
