THE CALLING OF GOD IS FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE

For taking your time to study remain blessed.

TOPIC: THE CALLING OF GOD IS FOR FAITHFUL SERVICE October Tuesday 6th

Text: Romans 8:28-30

Key verse: John 15:16 Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

It is God that calls you into service. It may appear as if you made the choice but He did and ordered your steps towards it. He said I chose you even when you were in your mother’s womb. The ministries God gives His children are in stages. As you show faithfulness in one, he takes you to the next stage. You should know that it is not by your power but the will of God. Therefore, do not seek greatness after the flesh which promotes covetousness and jealousy for other’s promotion.  Do not despise the calling of others. It is God that calls each person into different ministries, so do not disdain your little beginning. Also, do not glory in your status or talent or gifts, but return all glory to God.

The members of the body of Christ are many and the position you occupy in it is decided by God. Whichever work you are doing, whether ushering, sanitation, preaching, prayer warrior etc., do it faithfully and with joy. The work is complimentary to others, so let us see this work as a team working together to win together and to go to heaven together. Also, let us understand that we shall be rewarded according to our service. Paul declared that he was an apostle by the will of God, not any man. Avoid strife; rely on God for guidance. Do not complain that somebody has pushed you away. They must have pushed you to where God wants you to be. Be there for God and in due season, He will help you to stand and grow. Our place of reward is heaven. God has decided to reward us for the righteous and holy service we have rendered to him.

Moreover, humility must be seen in our love for one another to forestall envy, covetousness, jealousy and bitterness. Let everyone see his or her work to be complimentary to others and if left undone it may affect others. Avoid self-centredness in this work but stress collective responsibility and the name of the Lord will be glorified. You are considered special by God who had chosen you out of the multitudes in the world. As a bride groom who has decided to take a bride to Himself, know that all that our God has is for us and we will partake in His great treasure. Amen!

THE LORD IS REMOVING UNCIRCUMCISED LEADERS

REMAIN BLESSED AS YOU TAKE YOUR TIME TO STUDY THE WORD OF GOD. THURSDAY 30 DECEMBER THE LORD IS REMOVING UNCIRCUMCISED LEADERS TEXT: NUMBERS 14: 26-31  Key verse: Matthew 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many  be called, but few chosen. Completion of the angelic message: The Lord continued. “Because of this mandate given to you, I am removing around you the uncircumcised leaders. I am going to fill their place with righteous and holy leaders from various nations and races.” Truly I had pondered if any minister has suffered like this. People I loved, cherished and lived peacefully with suddenly began to speak evil against me to my shock. Well, it happens in politics, but is limited to their countries, whereas mine is international! Yes, some ministers may have suffered these things, but that was before the advent of the Internet, so their sufferings were limited. Maybe through letters or newspapers for a limited time, but my own is in the world of the I...
