August Friday 30th
TOPIC: PROPHECY HAS GRADUATION
TEXT: Isaiah 9:6-7
KEY VERSE: Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

If you don’t understand Biblical prophecy, its fulfilment will be unfolding before your eyes and you would not know the stage of God’s intervention in the world.  Unless you are observant, you may miss out on major prophecies. Let me give you an illustration for better understanding. “Unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given and the government shall be upon His shoulders.” This is a prophecy in Isaiah 9:6. There are three hour-hand prophecies here (underlined). But within this hour hands are the minute hands. “Unto us a Child is born;” where was He born (Bethlehem) - that prophecy did not reveal minutes hand; you have to go and get the minute somewhere else. After He was born He was dedicated then taken to Egypt because Herod was after Him, “that it might be fulfilled.” That again is prophecy. Then He came back but didn’t go to Bethlehem but to Nazareth “that it might be fulfilled.” When He started His ministry, He went to Capernaum, the land of Zebulun and Naphtali “that it might be fulfilled.” He healed, was arrested and crucified, then the hour hand rang loudly … “A Son is given.” You can see that between “A Child is born” and “A Son is given” there were prophecies.

When He was nailed, it was the hour hand of prophecy: “The Son is given” and after that the minute started again: He resurrected, He ascended, the Holy Ghost came down, the church was born, the church began to expand, those are prophecies. Israel in diaspora, Jerusalem destroyed, Israel scattered, these are all prophecies. What are we waiting for now, what is the hour hand? “And the government shall be upon His shoulder.” Is the government upon His shoulder now? No, because we have not reached there. But between “The Child is born” and “The Son is given” and “The government will be upon His shoulder” we have prophecies. Now the question is this, if you don’t know how to arrange prophecies, how will you know divine timing? You will not know the time between the Son is given and the government will be upon His shoulder and when the government is very close to be upon His shoulder. May the Lord awaken your consciousness and give you understanding of prophecies so that you don’t miss the government of Jesus, in Jesus name.

Thought for the day:  Get understanding of prophecy and key into divine agenda.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
