TOPIC: THE TESTIMONIES OF PETER ISAAC (7): HOW I RECEIVED SALVATION IN HOREMOW

TEXT: PSALM 93:1-5

KEY VERSE: PSALM 93:5 “Thy testimonies are very sure; holiness becometh Thine house, O LORD, forever.”

In 2021, I came back to Madalla to continue my treatment. A brother that had preached to me earlier before my accident came back and resumed the preaching. He reminded me of what he had told me earlier and of my response at that time. Actually, in the course of his preaching, he had told me not to pursue a career in professional football because football was a sin and I had disdained him, saying that no one in this world could stop me from football except God.

He encouraged me to surrender my life to Jesus Christ and asked if I knew Sister Linda. I said, “Yes. I know her as a woman from Sierra Leone that Jesus took to hell and to heaven. That woman that was telling lies in hell and the demon said, ‘even in hell you are still telling lies’ and also said that as she was in hell, Jesus was speaking through her body but her brother did not believe until Jesus exposed his secret sin.”

The brother was happy that I had listened to the testimony and told me that sister Linda is in Abuja. I asked, “Where?” He said she is married to a Nigerian pastor and is living in Kwali. I determined to go and see her despite the fact that I was undergoing treatment and walking with clutches.

Fortunately, I came to Kwali for international youth conference in July 2021. On the last day of the program, as Pastor Paul Rika came up to minister, the Lord reminded me of the revelation I had earlier. It came fresh to my memory and I recognized the minister as Pastor Paul Rika. Immediately, I turned to the person that invited me and told him that I have seen the pastor before in my dream and narrated the dream to him.

I then opened my heart to listen to everything Pastor Paul Rika was saying and made up my mind to give my life to Christ. I believed and received the word with joy. When announcement was made for water baptism, I realized that I was baptized as a sinner and decided to do the proper baptism there in Holiness camp.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
