TOPIC: TAKE GOD AS HE PRESENTS HIMSELF ACCORDING TO HIS WORD

TEXT: 1 CORINTHIANS 2:1-10
KEY VERSE: HEBREWS 1:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”.

It is God’s wisdom that man depends on him at all time. Man left his first glory by sin and so, it's not possible to use his depraved mind and think out straightness or attains perfection. Hence, we that deal with the gospel of Christ are not dealing with human wisdom. Because it will not work. We deal with faith in the wisdom of God.

In Apostle Paul’s words to the Corinthians, it was not with Excellency of speech the testimony of God was declared to them. So, here, you may not get it logical according to your sins. We declare that which is written and say what God has said.

Don't look for logic or mental correctness. Otherwise, you will not attend to the blessing that follows it. The people of this world, because they want reasoning, will say I want to understand, they are not ready to take it by faith.

The church also, degenerating to the flesh, relapsing to this human wisdom, are questioning the revelations of God. A big man of God would say, I don't see the sense of dying and coming back to life, even quoting Scripture. Who is blind but my servant? Because you are not ready to take it by faith, you missed it by misquoting Scripture.

If with God all things are possible, what is difficult that someone dies and comes back alive with the message from heaven or hell? If you go that way, you will collapse. Take God as He presents Himself according to His word.

Thought for the day: Follow God by faith.

Song for the day: I have no power of my own 2x I confess to you Holy Spirit…

Bible reading for the day: Jeremiah 44-46

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
