TOPIC: SOUL WINNING IS THE HEART BEAT OF JESUS

TEXT: JOHN 4:31-35

KEY VERSE: LUKE 2:49 And He said unto them, how is it that ye sought Me? Wist ye not that I must go about My Father’s business?

God has only one business and the registered name is: Soul winning. The only reason Jesus left His glory and came to earth is to give Himself as ransom for mankind. He began to publish this from the beginning of His ministry to the very last minute. He also called men and women and taught them how to preach. He left the task of preaching the gospel to us and He is looking up to us to do it. It is called, ‘The Great Commission.’

We cannot witness effectively without the power of God. The passion of our Lord Jesus Christ for lost humanity is written all over the New Testament. He has handed over this business of saving souls to us and we have to handle it with the same passion. That is the only thing that is keeping the angel from blowing the trumpet. He said that this gospel of the kingdom would have to be preached all over the world and we are the people to do it.

The gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ has the power to transform even the most terrible person on earth. Testimonies abound in scripture and in our contemporary times about people who were transformed and became useful to God. If we go out and preach the gospel in pure and simple language, we will see the results.

The promise of the Lord to all who will obey Him in going out to evangelize will surely be fulfilled. He was with the Apostles of old as they went about preaching the gospel. He is with his faithful servants today. If we preach, souls will be saved and His protection will be upon us.

“Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace: For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city. And he continued there a year and six months, teaching the word of God among them.” (Acts 18:9-11.)

Thought for the day: Ask God for power to witness more effectively.

Song for the day: We are the soldiers of the cross in the name of Jesus…

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
