The Highway Of Holiness (2)

God's blessings shall continually follow you for taking the time to study

The Highway Of Holiness (2)

Thursday January 4th

Text: Isaiah 35: 8, 9
Key verse: 1 Peter 1: 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
The redeemed shall walk on the highway of holiness. What is holiness? Holiness is living your life in Christ; in obedience to Jesus without committing sin, whether in action or thoughts, outward sin or inward sin. Holiness is a life that has been cleansed, saved and sanctified; cleansed in the blood of Christ. Holiness is a highway indeed because the Bible tells us those that cannot walk in this way: The unclean of the earth cannot walk in it; defiled people, sinners cannot walk in this way. The common man on the earth born in sin, living in sin cannot walk in this way. The Bible tells us more of people that cannot walk in this way. The lions shall not be there nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon. The lion that would want to hunt and kill others. Murderers, dangerous people, those that lack love and truth can never walk there. They shall not be found there.
Who are the people that will walk in holiness? The redeemed of the Lord. They may be ignorant men. They may be unlearned men but concerning this way, they will be perfect. They walk on this way perfect. It does not need secular education to walk on holiness. It does not require going to school to walk in holiness. You may not even know how to read but you can walk in holiness. It says though fools but cannot err in this way because it is a way that God Himself gives a man.
I will sprinkle clean water upon you and you will be clean from your idols and from your uncleanness, I will cleanse you. A new heart I will give you and I will take away from you the heart of stone and I will give you the heart of flesh. An obedient heart I will give you. So, this is a matter of the heart. That’s why mental education is not necessarily required to walk in this way. The redeemed of the Lord shall walk there. Highway of holiness! And the Lord invites us to walk in this way. It is divine invitation. The Lord is telling all his children to come up to this way of holiness.

Thought for the day: Get holiness, get wisdom.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
