Some Miracles Are The Prerogative Of God (Part 2)

Tuesday, January 30th

Text: Numbers 21: 4-9
Key verse: Exodus 17: 6 Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.
Bringing water out of the rock: God told Moses to take your rod and strike the rock with the rod and water gushed out. That is God! Do not attempt it on your own. Do not listen to those who deceive people by saying, “Moses smote the rock and water came out. We too will do it.” It is a lie; they cannot do it. It is in the hand of God. Leave it with God. He thought it out to glorify His holy name. To make people know that He is God.
The serpent of brass lifted up for healing: Lifting up of the serpent of brass on a pole in the wilderness brought healing to the children of Israel from the poison of the serpent in the lives of the people. This unique miracle was from God Himself. It was not from the mind of Moses. He never prayed to ask for it, “GOD, make a serpent of brass to heal us.” No! Moses’ prayer was, ‘Lord, forgive Your people; heal Your people,” This prerogative was of God; that a serpent of brass should be made and lifted up in the wilderness so that people should look unto it and be healed of the poison of the serpents.
These miracles do not lie in the realm of men. Let no man desire or attempt to do them because these magicians in the church can say anything; they may even read it from the scriptures and deceive you.

Thought for the day: Beware of fake miracles and lying wonders

Song for the day: Na so, so, wonder Jesus dey do

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
