A SISTER’S SPECTACULAR DELIVERANCE AT HOREMOW CAMP

God's blessings shall follow you, for taking your time to study.

TOPIC: A SISTER’S SPECTACULAR DELIVERANCE AT HOREMOW CAMP

TEXT: PSALM 23: 1-6

TUESDAY OCTOBER 17TH

Key verse: Psalm 23: 1 “The LORD is my Shepherd I shall not want.”
My name is Sister Chinyere from the Zamfara state chapter. God did supernatural work in my life some years ago at HOREMOW camp. I had been passing through spiritual attacks and sicknesses for some time and had been pleading for God’s intervention. At that time, my stomach had become big; seeing me, you would have thought I was six months pregnant but I was not pregnant. I made several requests for prayers and my leaders also had been praying for me. In this condition, I attended a conference at the campground and I was greatly blessed. After the conference, we got ready to return to Zamfara early on Saturday morning as usual. As the vehicle was about to move, I decided to quickly make use of the restroom behind the admin building so that I would not need to ask the driver to stop for me in the course of the journey.
Brethren, what I had in mind was simply to urinate but when I got there the story changed. As I began to urinate, I felt a strong urge to defecate as well so I tried to do so but nothing came out after several attempts. I became confused; could it be that the feces were so hard that I needed to pour some water on my body? All the same, I poured water on myself and continued to try. This time it became very painful to me yet the urge to defecate increased. I began to sweat profusely; still, nothing came out. As I continued to pull and strain, I suddenly felt a sharp tear in my anus and I began to bleed. I became afraid. I poured water to clear the blood and as I put my hands there, I felt a hard substance. I summoned courage and pulled gradually until I pulled out a dry stick out of my own body through my anus.
I could have collapsed with shock. How did this enter my body? I now understood the genesis of the strange sensation of objects moving in my body. What should have been a five-minute period to ease myself turned out to be a thirty-minute ordeal of passing out a one-foot-long dry stick out of my body. I began to praise God right from the toilet as I returned to my brethren in the vehicle. My testimonies, along with the physical exhibit caused them to join me in praises. I still have the stick. Since then, my distended abdomen has become normal and I now enjoy good health.

Thought for the day: God is abundantly able to deliver and to save.

Song for the day: Come and see what the Lord has done for me (3x) if it were …

Bible reading for the day: Isaiah 62-64; 1 Thessalonians 5

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
