TOPIC: PROBABLE ROLE OF PRESIDENT TRUMP IN GOD’S END TIME PLAN – Part 2
TEXT: Isaiah 45:1-6
KEY VERSE: Isaiah 46:11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.
God went and brought a man called Trump who was not a politician, who knew nothing about politics; he joined the presidential race in the Republican party and defeated sixteen seasoned candidates of the Republican party in the primaries. Eventually, he became the presidential candidate for the Republican Party even though his own party did not give him any chance. In fact, his party were even working against him, they were speaking against him. On his part, Trump was bumping on people, hitting people here and there instead of canvassing for votes. God wanted to show the world that it is not about Trump, it is about Me. He became the only candidate since America came into being, that took no dime from anybody. He spent less than Hilary Clinton, using only his money. Because it was most probably of God, he went solo without support of the ruling class and since he did not collect money from anybody, he is not under anybody’s pressure. Trump emerged from nowhere and became the most powerful political figure in the world today.
Trump’s story takes after the pattern of king Cyrus. King Cyrus was also made the most powerful political figure of that time because God wanted to use him to bring Israel back from captivity. Trump won the 2016 US presidential election and was sworn in January 20th 2017. Within the first year of his tenure, Trump pronounced Jerusalem as capital of Israel precisely on December 6th, 2017. Bible also says “in the first year of Cyrus” he made a proclamation for restoration of Israel. 2 Chronicles 36:22, 23 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying, Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; and He hath charged me to build Him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all His people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up. May the Lord perfect His plan on Israel for His soon coming. May you not be left behind in this end time agenda of God.
