TOPIC: HOLINESS MOVEMENT IS BUILT ON STRONG BIBLICAL FOUNDATION
TEXT: 1 Corinthians 3:3-5
KEY VERSE: 1Corinthians 3:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Our root in Holiness Revival Movement is deep to Deeper Life Bible Church. That is where I, Pastor Paul Rika, the International Director of this movement cut my teeth as a preacher and teacher of the word of truth, righteousness and holiness.  I served in Deeper Life as a house leader, a zonal leader, a location pastor, a campus coordinator, a district coordinator, a region overseer, a state overseer, and a national overseer. I was well-schooled in all the teachings of Pastor W. F. Kumuyi. I was given special grace to understand the scriptures very deeply. All our teachings in Holiness Revival Movement are not different from the doctrinal teachings in Deeper Life Bible Church. The only area of difference lies in the fact that we believe God is the God of revelation, but they don’t believe in revelation. If it be so, how can some people say I am preaching wrong doctrines? In which way is that? And concerning these revelations where we differ from Deeper Life, if you believe that revelations come from God and Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever, why would you think he has stopped giving revelations to people in our day? Did God not speak through prophet Joel that he will pour out His Spirit in the last days and revelations shall abound?

Why should you allow anybody to deceive you into believing that Pastor Rika is not well groomed by the Lord for this work? If Deeper Life could “boast” that they have the truth, I think we in this movement have much more to “boast” about because we have all they have in biblical doctrine and additionally, divine revelations. With both at our disposal, we lack nothing for our doctrinal instruction, spiritual growth and edification. We are experiencing Jesus more practically because Jesus makes Himself to come alive among us in revelations and prophesies, which are also scripturally proven to be true for the word says, “Despise not prophesying … prove all things and hold fast that which is good.” We prove the prophesies, we prove the revelations and when we know they are from God, we hold fast to them. If this be so, why should you think that you are being deceived? In which way?  Don’t allow anybody to steal the treasure in your hand though craftiness.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
