TOPIC: REPENT AND CONFESS THAT SIN IN YOUR LIFE TO EXPERIENCE THE GLORY OF GOD
TEXT: Acts 2:37:39
KEY VERSE: Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

You have been taught that all that are born into this world are sons of Adam and that they are all born sinners (for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God). They are not in the glory of God because of sin (he that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning). God cannot be glorified in their lives because of sin hence to be saved from sin, confession and repentance is required. Expose that sin before God and then determine in your heart you will not continue in it. But of course, you need a helper. You need a Saviour because you have been a sinner all these while and the record against you contains all the sins you have committed and the judgment is “the soul that sinneth, it shall die.” You were a terrible smoker and because of your smoking you have developed cancer of the lungs. Although you say you have stopped, what about the ones you smoked for 20 years? They are still doing damage in your body.

You were a thief and the police have your record. Even though you have stopped stealing, they are already tracking you since they still have record of your past. The long hand of the law is about to catch up with you.  You were a sinner and although you said you have repented the record of God contains the sins of your past life, hence you are still liable to suffer judgement. That is why you need Jesus Christ. You need Him who has paid for your sin, you need Him who has given His life for you, you need Him who has died substitutionary death so that you will not have to die again. You need Him to enable you go before God and say, “Lord Your Son has died for me; please, I accept His substitutionary death. Set me free so that I will die no more for the past sins I have committed.” Only through Jesus can you get your record of past sins cancelled, and escape the judgment of God, and cross from death to life. John 5:25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. Do not delay any longer. Come to Jesus. He will cleanse you and forgive you your sins.

Thought for the day: There is no hiding place for the sinner. Repent and confess now!
Song for the day:   Come to Jesus, He’ll wash you and forgive you

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
