DO NOT IDOLIZE MINISTERS   FRIDAY DECEMBER 8
TEXT: ACTS 14:7-16
Key verse: “…why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made this man to walk?” Acts 3:12b.
For false Christ's and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God's chosen ones).Nevertheless these children of God have refused to take correction. They want deliverance and healing and not God, so Satan gave them what they wanted and stole their souls. These children of God now rely solely on meeting the 'Man of God' and not their redeemer Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in the secret place. They have forgotten that only Jesus can save! They are looking for bread and miracles and forgotten that 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of God' Instead of going to God, they keep seeking powerful “Men of God”. Some children of God stake out strategic locations in order to beg the fraudulent Pastors for a healing miracle. Some sit in receptions for hours without end waiting to see “Men of God” for miracles and favours of all sorts. Do not forget, that Prophet, Prophetess or Pastor maybe a dupe, a con and wolf in sheep's clothing. Having gained wealth, power and influence, his oppressive exploits knows no limits. Many have been deceived without another chance of escape. Please learn your lessons now and change. After several years of doing God's Work on earth, you have been deceived. It is not church work after all that matters. You have been deceived. It is what the Holy Spirit wants and does in you and with you that matters. Stop pleasing and praising 'men of God' instead of God Himself. You were acting in self-will and feeling good about it. You were moving with the crowd and seeking blessings and miracle wonders without thinking about the kingdom of God and His righteousness. You are now wiser and cannot be fooled again. If yes-Praise God! You can see that judgment will come down hard on the church. Remember also that the righteous will be scarcely saved. This is because the way of the cross is narrow, complicated, hard and easier said than done. Dubious Pastors avoid this truth. Do not listen to false teachers and prophets, only few disciples will be saved. Seek to experience the Lord personally, stop running around to hear what anybody has to say or do about God's business. You may be deceived and much more ripped off. Cultivate and nurture a special and private relationship with the Holy Spirit. You cannot afford any more mistakes now.
Thought for the day: Do all in the power of God to escape hell, now that you are still alive.
Song for the day:  I will never worship man-made God, man-made God…

Bible Reading for the day: Daniel 11-12; 3 John

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
