THE TASK OF EVANGELISM.   WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 13
TEXT: MATTHEW 28: 18-20
Key verse: “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned” Mark 16:16.
The Lord commissioned His disciples (you and I) to go into the entire world and preach the gospel to every creature. He gave them the task of evangelism. Believers' evangelism must be with purpose, to make converts or disciples where ever this gospel is preached. The Lord's instruction is that those who have believed in Him through the gospel should be baptized in water in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Believers in the early church gave themselves to evangelism and suffered much persecution for their fervency and zeal. The converts were baptized as instructed. We have much to learn from the commitment of the early church. We will not speak much on these because our focus this morning is on the task of evangelism. Evangelism is every believer's ministry and we must arise to our duty to save the perishing world. It is the responsibility of the church to teach and stir their members to evangelize. Personal evangelism, crusade evangelism, literature evangelism and several other kinds of evangelism should be embarked upon with all commitment. Wisdom is essential for soul winning. To win sinners to Christ in this end time and revive the dead church to righteousness and holiness require evangelism wisdom. Therefore, get the wisdom of soul winning from God and be a successful soul winner. Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. How comes, you have been a member of Christ's family or a member of Holiness Revival Movement Worldwide for more than six months now and you have not issued any holiness material to someone!! No matter how poor you are, if you can recharge your phone and have ends met, then you ought to start today. Prayerfully make it a decision to purchase and give out materials out of all your income beside tithes and offering. Keep making surveys and keep holding crusades, start with the little you have. Do group evangelism. Make a habit for your daily and personal evangelism. Evangelize on the internet, face book, whatsapp. Plan dinner evangelism and invite those you can and reach out to them. Embark on friendship evangelism. Radio, television and all forms of evangelism as you can. Evangelize, teach, disciple and the Lord shall bless your effort and reward you.
Thought for the day: Get the wisdom of soul winning from God and be a successful soul winner
Song for the day: I will make you fishers of men…

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
