TOPIC: REJECT BLINDING AND CONTAMINATING GIFTS
TEXT: Isaiah 1:21-23
KEY VERSE: Deuteronomy 16:19 Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

A man came to the pastor and said “My dog has just died; please could you conduct a burial ceremony for him?” The pastor replied, "What are you saying? This is a church for heaven's sake. We don't do that here.” The man responded, "Oh pastor, do you know any other pastor in town that can do it for $10,000?" The pastor’s face lit up and he said, "Oh, I didn't know your dog was a Christian!" Because of dollars, the pastor suffered spiritual blindness and his brain went on sabbatical leave.

Be careful of receiving gifts anyhow. It is like a thief that throws a bone at a dog to get it out of the way. The dog carries the bone and moves elsewhere to give room for the thief to enter and operate. They keep showering praises. They use witchcraft and strange powers to capture you. Their charisma is of witchcraft. They send in the spirit of weakness into you. As usher, any one she touches will soon fall asleep. Israel does not know; my people do not understand. As they pass on food, and another person collects, they have already contaminated it. He says I don’t want to eat this meat and the greedy person sitting next to him collects without knowing that the meat has been contaminated through the power of witchcraft. They poison the food to weaken the brethren spiritually. In one of the states, a woman of Deeper Life Bible Church who was very zealous in service, had been cooking in the kitchen during retreats for twelve years. She later confessed that during the period, she had been poisoning the food of coordinators and leaders. Another woman volunteered to go on assignment for Satan in order to get at a minister. He requested to be given 27 years to accomplish the task. She was there watching every step of the minister without him knowing. All these cancer and deadly diseases are coming from where? We wrestle not against flesh and blood. They use charms. If you check the pocket of some people even in the church, you will be surprised what you will find. All they are seeking is a collapse of the organization.
