TOPIC: A TESTIMONY OF DIVINE GUIDANCE
TEXT: ISAIAH 46:10-11
Key verse: “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” Numbers 23: 19

When I was in the University, there was a program a chaplain organized and invited some white preachers to minister. The program was attended by about one thousand people. The Lord came to me and asked, “What do you want Me to do for you in this program?” I said, “Lord, You have been speaking about my future. Lord, You have been telling me about the future, about the ministry you have for me. I am not clear. Here in this program, I don’t know how, but since You have asked me what I want, I want You to make the future ministry You have for me clear.” The Lord said, “I have heard you. Now I will do that for you but make sure you keep yourself righteous and holy in this program and I will do it for you.” This event happened around 1986.

I knew that it was the Lord that spoke to me. I kept myself holy and consecrated to the Lord in the program. Day One and Day Two passed. I think it was on Day Three that a white woman minister came to the stage to minister and was speaking in tongues profusely. After her speech in tongues, one that had the gift of interpretation came up. He said, “There are ten people here that God has called to Christian ministry. The Lord wants you to come forward so that you can be prayed for.” When he said this, the Spirit of the Lord said to me, “You are one of them. Can you stand up and go forward?” I stood up and went forward. Another person stood up from the other angle and came to the front, and a man came forward along with his wife, since they considered themselves as one. So when we stood there at the altar, I asked myself, “how many of us are standing here?” I bent backwards to count the number, we were ten. That man’s wife was the eleventh person. Exactly as the Lord had said! When they prayed for us, I was full of joy and said, “Now I know that the Lord has given me a blessed future as He promised.” Amen.

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
