TOPIC: MARRIAGE IS NOT TO BE ENDURED, BUT TO BE ENJOYED

TEXT: Ecclesiastes 9:8-9

Key verse: 1 Corinthians 7:10 And unto the married I command, yet not I,but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband.

Moses permitted putting away because of the hardness of their heart but this was outside the perfect will of God. From the beginning God made them one man, one woman. “A man shall leave his father and mother” means he shall leave the control of father and mother to enjoy the company of his wife.
Same for the wife. Don't be under the control of your parents. You are now of age and God is the director of the marriage, not your parents. Rushing to them to report every offence or to seek counsel on every issue is wrong.

Disagreement is part of life and what builds up marriage. Remember that God brought you from different backgrounds to be joined together as one indivisible entity in body.
It is a mystery. Don't allow little grievances to tamper with this divine arrangement.
Psalm 45:10-11 Hearken, O daughter, and consider, and incline thine ear; forget also thine own people, and thy father's house; [11] So shall the king greatly desire thy beauty: for he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.

If Adam did not divorce Eve in spite of the magnitude of her sin which caused spiritual death of the human race, no sin is unforgivable in marriage. Mark 10:9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. “Let no man” includes your parents, your siblings, your friends, the church and even the court. The court may dissolve a marriage but in God's record in heaven, that marriage is still intact.

Divine law supercedes human law.
Romans 7:2-3 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth ... So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress. Your husband is alive but he has mental problem, you must remain his wife and continue to love him till death. Your wife is a witch, but she is still alive, you must continue to love her as your wife. Your husband has left you to marry another wife, for as long as he is alive you cannot remarry, otherwise, you are committing adultery.

Wife satisfy your husband in bed. Husband satisfy your wife in bed. Don't create sexual hunger in your spouse otherwise, to the hungry everything is sweet. Asexually starved man may lust after your sister, your friend and even your maid. Asexually starved woman may fall an easy prey in the hands of your lustful friend, brother or even your driver.

Thought for the day: Hold fast to your marriage and give no hold to Satan

Song for the day: O God our help in ages past, our hope for years to come...

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
