JESUS IS YOUR SAVIOUR
WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 28
TEXT: LUKE 2:10-14
Key verse: “And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins” Matthew 1:21.
The main reason Jesus came to the world and suffered on the cross is to save man from his sins. Believe Jesus and you will be saved. Call upon Him, He will answer you, no matter your situation. He did and will still do the following in your life: (i) Jesus saves from sin: You are disturbed and restless after sin is committed. All effort made to stop failed. Jesus shall save you from your sins. Satan comes for 3 purposes in your life –to steal, kill and destroy you. Through whatever means or agent; Whatever the cankerworms, the Locust and caterpillars had done, the Lord will save you. He will save you from the demons, the witches and wizards and the Occultist attacking you. Matthew 8:16-17. “16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick:
17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.”
(ii) Jesus saves from fear (Psalms 34:4): Someone once said FEAR stands for “Forsake Everything And Run”. Fear is torment but Jesus will cause that fear to die. (ii) He saves from shame: Your business will not put you to shame because you believe the Lord your saviour. The clothes of shame upon your life, family and ministry is removed (iii) He saves from failure (Jude 24-25): Your failure will turn to success (iv) He saves from barrenness (Psalms 113:9) (v) He saves from backslidden (Luke 22:55-62) (vi) He saves from condemnation (Romans 8:1) (vii) He saves from bondage. He will lose you and give you rest (Luke 4:18-19) (viii) He saves from burden (Matthew 11:28) (ix) He saves from forgetfulness. (x) He saves from worry or sorrow of life: casting your cares upon Him for He cares for you (John 16:22) (xi) He saves from ignorance or illiteracy (xii) He saves from death (John 5:22) (xiii) He saves from the world. Don’t mind the temptations, accidents, disasters of this life. Hold onto Jesus He will save you. Amen.
Thought for the day: Believe and hold on to Jesus and you will be saved
Song for the day: Only Jesus can save

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...

The local church should teach and train her members on scriptural fasting. Believers need to know that the Lord expects...

The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. The Testimony Of Jesus Is Spirit Of Prophecy.  Monday 10th November  Text: Jude 1: 2-5 Key verse: Jude 1: 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. The faith of Jesus has already been delivered and it is written in the scriptures. Whatever prophecies, revelations or dreams that comes must not be contrary to the standard in the scripture. They must speak the same thing. The testimony of Jesus is spirit of prophecy. Every prophecy or revelation must honour Jesus and must be according to the written word. Even where they are new things, they must not contradict because the Bible is a summary of the things Jesus did. The Bible cannot contain all things. It must be according to what the scripture has already signified, ...
