TEXT: Isaiah 26: 3-4
Key verse: “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.” Isaiah 12: 2
How do we know that you are trusting in God? Complete trust in God frees the heart from all kinds of fear; (a). When the heart is stayed on complete trust in God, He keeps him in perfect peace. If you can turn that matter over to God, you are going to be peaceful. If you can turn over that troublesome person into the hand of God, the Lord will give you peace; (b). Complete trust in God destroys shame from the heart and gives boldness and confidence to God’s children. Is there any area where you are still ashamed? You have not given in to trust. That’s the secret of shameless life; There will be bold and confident lifestyle even in the midst of insufficiencies, weaknesses, deformities and whatever. It is when you have trusted that thing to the hands of God. The result is a life free from shame. He that has put his trust in God completely shall not be acting out of hate, in insecurity, worry and anxiety. These insecurities in your life that bring worry and anxiety is because you have not trusted that matter to God Complete trust in God makes one to believe God’s word totally; (c). To trust God completely is to enter into rest. God says, rest, by submitting that matter to Him in total trust. Take your burden to the Lord and leave it there and rest. Totally submitting it to God and resting. Resting calm, sitting very calm in total trust. Total surrender and trust before the living God. Surrender in trust completely, in total trust then rest from all fruitless and vain labours. You were depending on your energy but now you have yielded everything to God; (d). Complete trust in God makes one stable, unmoveable, enduring and continuing forever. They that trust in God are not moved. They cannot be defeated. They cannot be removed. They are unmoveable. They endure forever. Your mind is stable. It is steadfast and unmoveable because in total trust you have yielded it to God. You have been planted in trust. You grow big positively in trust. You are enduring to eternity because you are in covenant of trust; (e). That is your transport fare in the vehicle of God that takes to eternity. Trust in God. A man who trusts in God completely is filled with joy and happiness in every circumstance. That man is blessed because he trusts in God. You have been crying, now trust that matter to God. Believe in Him for there is reward in trusting God.

KEY VERSE: It came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, one of His disciples said, Lord, teach us how to pray as John taught his disciples. Luke 11: 1. When Jesus Christ came to us in the flesh, He went into the business of prayer because He was promoting the attribute of God as a prayer-answering God. He would not render that attribute idle or redundant. Nobody knew how John did it, but Jesus reveals here that the success you saw in the ministry of John the Baptist, the victory you saw in his ministry, is because he was a prayer man. John so much valued prayer. He saw the essentials of pr...
