MAKE A COVENANT OF TRUST  FRIDAY FEBRUARY 23
TEXT: PSALM 84: 1-12
Key Verse: “Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.” Psalms 40: 4
Be determined that nothing but death will part between you and trust in God. Be purposed to ever trust God in every situation of life totally, not in some measure. I will totally submit, submit, submit, the whole of my being, the whole of my present, the whole of my future. I have made a covenant of trust. I have signed a contract of trust, that I will trust the living God. I live only by God, that as He is, so I am and so I will trust Him. Trust God. Surrender to trust in the living God. Totally surrender. Surrender completely. I will trust God completely. Surrender to total trust. Totally yield in trust. Totally yield yourself in trust. In difficulties, even when God is doing you evil, you are purposed to trust Him, and none else. In anger, whether God is angry with you, you trust Him. In His anger you will trust Him, you will surrender to Him. Whatever is happening to you in the Church of Christ, you have purposed that you will trust Him. You have signed a contract of trust. In suffering and in adversity, God is your God. Trust Him. That’s what the Lord says. That is the message from God to you. Trust the living God. Speak to God of your trust in Him. Tell Him, O God, I trust You, I believe in You. Tell Him. Announce it to God speak it out and let God hear that you are among those tat trust Him. You have signed a contract of trust in the living God. Tell God about it. Tell yourself because you are prone: discouragement comes; confusion comes; adversity comes; pain comes; everything. All those things that come, they come like a great wave against you. They come like a flood against you, as a wind against you, as a mighty storm. But tell yourself that you have covenanted to trust in the living God. Whatever is the situation, you are for trust. You are a child of trust. In trust you are planted in this word. You are planted in trust in the living God. So make that covenant of trust. That’s what God wants you to hear. Make that covenant. Now, move forward and announce to the world. Announce to mankind. Announce to Satan. Announce to demons, that as far as life is concerned, you have purposed to trust the living God. Let them hear that you have determined to trust God. You have determined. It is by choice. Others may not but you have decided. Others may dangle, run up and down, but you have decided. It is a choice you have made. Tell them, your choice is trust in the living God. Tell your family members. Tell them in the place you work about this. Tell them in the place you live that you have decided to trust the living God.
Thought for the day: Announce to all that you have purposed to trust the living God.

KEY VERSE: It came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, one of His disciples said, Lord, teach us how to pray as John taught his disciples. Luke 11: 1. When Jesus Christ came to us in the flesh, He went into the business of prayer because He was promoting the attribute of God as a prayer-answering God. He would not render that attribute idle or redundant. Nobody knew how John did it, but Jesus reveals here that the success you saw in the ministry of John the Baptist, the victory you saw in his ministry, is because he was a prayer man. John so much valued prayer. He saw the essentials of pr...
