The Gospel Of Christ Must Go With Repentance

Sunday June 2nd

Text: Acts 20: 17 - 21
Key verse: Acts 20:21 “Testifying both to the Jews and also to the Greeks, repentance towards God and faith towards our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Now that you are immoral; still in a wrong marriage and committing all sorts of sins, you are a sinner. You are not born again. You are not a child of God for all these years because you commit sin without repentance. You have not shown godly sorrow and regret for what you have done. You have not turned away from fleshly pleasures of sin. You have not left that ungodly business but you profess to be in Christ. You have not left that immoral relationship despite all the dreams you say the Lord is giving you. Your sins are still upon your life because you have not repented. If you are a drunkard or smoker but attending church services regularly, you have not repented. There can be no forgiveness of sins since there is no genuine repentance. Forget about what the Roman Catholic priests are doing; deceiving ignorant people. There is no forgiveness without true repentance.
What do you say of the publican that was hitting his hand on his chest and asking God for mercy? This is the heart of a penitent sinner who is sorrowful but those that hide their sins have not repented. He that hideth his sin shall not prosper. You shall not have forgiveness because you are hiding your sin. Although an angel might have visited you; you may have visited heaven by dream but if you have not stopped sins in your life, you are not a Christian. The gospel of Christ must go with repentance. Go with it to the Moslems; they must repent. Go with it to the pagans; they must repent. Go with it to the harlot; she must repent. Go with it to the occultic people; they must repent. Go with it to the children and youths; they must repent. Go with it to adults; they must repent. Go with it to pastors, church workers and members; they must repent, before forgiveness will come into them. Ye are witnesses of these things. Are you still in your sin? Did you not repent before your sins were forgiven? Did you not determine for righteousness before God stamped it?

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
