TOPIC:   MANY ARE STILL IGNORANT OF JESUS; MAKE HIM KNOWN.  THURSDAY AUGUST 24
TEXT:      Isaiah 28: 7 – 8
KEY VERSE: “Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.”  Revelation 3: 9.

Have you considered the number of churches that have sprung up and are now everywhere, how people congregate there? When we consider the great Cathedrals, and understand that some are actually “Synagogues of Satan.” It disturbs our hearts that these people have missed it. They are the majority in the land. Have you also considered the percentage of Christianity in the world population? Have you taken time to ponder that, arguably more than 3 billion people in the world are yet to hear of Jesus Christ? And as they are yet to hear of Jesus, automatically they are going to hell, because Jesus is the only way, the truth and the life. No man comes to God, no man enters Heaven, except he is redeemed by the blood of Jesus.

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.”  Acts 4: 12

Have you taken time to ponder on this great number of people that have not heard about Jesus Christ? Have you taken time to consider these other religions boasting on false faith, boasting on a religious leader that can neither redeem himself nor his fellow men? Yet multitudes are still following the dead man who is already in torment in hell. Can you now imagine what awaits them too on the other side of eternity – hell fire!

Have you taken time to examine the Christian religion? How many of them are in Churches that know not Jesus? Multitudes are in Churches that are occultic. They are in the church but they don’t know Jesus, they don’t even know anything about Him! I want you to train yourself in passion for souls. Have you taken time to consider that they go to Churches where they have blind guides over them? How many of these people are led by blind guides (Matthew 15: 14) into the other side of eternity? Many of them have come into Christianity in vain!

Again, there are those who claim to know something about being born again. How many of them have abused this salvation? You will see them dancing about in the Church in immorality. Some of the pastors sleep with the women freely, even married ones. Yet they go ahead saying it is God they are serving. What a deceit in this life! What confusion! Have you taken time to imagine that the ratio of the true church and the condemned church goers is unimaginably low. Even in Assemblies that have the truth, how many people there have hardened their hearts to the Gospel truth, how many of them have rejected Christ’s righteousness and holiness? “They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.” Titus 1: 16.

Thought for the day: Religion cannot save you.  Only faith in Jesus can save.
