TOPIC: FIRST REMOVE THE ROADBLOCK, THEN YOU’RE READY FOR WORSHIP. SATURDAY AUGUST 19
TEXT: MATTHEW 5:20-24
KEY VERSE: “Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.” (Matthew 18:15).
First be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. The word, “first,” emphasizes the priority and necessity of reconciliation with offended brothers, sister or neighbours before offering our gifts to God in worship or service. While the unresolved matters remained our offering, sacrifice, worship or service cannot be acceptable. The gift we bring to God may appear great and very significant while the offended brother appears small and insignificant, yet restitution and reconciliation are necessary. The situation or the ought may be known only between the offended and offender, yet reconciliation will be necessary and it is not to be delayed. The fault or blame may be on both sides, yet the one who remembers that his brother has ought against him is not excusable. To obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. To continue offering our gifts and labouring in the service of the Lord without reconciling with our brother, without restoring Christian fellowship will result to giving the sacrifice of fools. Such sacrifice or service is unacceptable to God. Acceptable worship or service is always offered from hearts void of offence toward God and toward men.
Agree with thine adversary quickly. We ought to carefully restore and preserve Christian love and fellowship. If at any time there is strained relationship we must seek peace with urgency. “As much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” Take the initiative to have reconciliation, by confessing your fault, humbling yourself before your brother, asking for his pardon and making restitution for wrong done in word or deed. Reconcile with the offended brother and meekly endure being cheated rather than going to the law court to settle differences.
This quick agreement with the adversary does not imply yielding or submitting our will or soul to the adversary the devil. No, as for him, resist him until he flees from you. Neither should we compromise the faith with the adversaries who are persecutors. Christ, our perfect example, did not compromise or agree with such adversaries or opposers of the gospel. He silenced them. And when he had said these things, all His adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him. (Luke 13:17).
Thought for the day: To obey is better than sacrifice.
Song for the day: Christian walk carefully
Bible reading for the day:
Psalms 112-115; 1Corinthians 1

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...

My Spirit Will Follow You To Do My Work.

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. My Spirit Will Follow You To Do My Work.  Sunday 16th November  Text: Acts 16: 9-10 Key verse: Mark 16: 20 “And they went forth and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word with signs following, Amen.” Continuation of revelation of Brother Dieudonne:  The Lord said, “I am here to gather My people before the trumpet sounds. My Father will order the angels to sound the trumpet. Be ready! Do My work. Gather My people.” When He said that, He insisted and said, “I am gathering My people with My Spirit. When My Spirit enters, if you obey My word, My Spirit will follow you to do My work. People will listen to you and follow you. They are My chosen. If they listen to My word and reject it, let them go. Evangelize, preach My word to everybody, I am here gathering My people before My coming. If the time was not finished, would the animals have come to Noah? The time is...

Pastor Paul Rika’s Burden, Vision and Action To Reach the Unreached (2)

God's blessings will continually accompany you for dedicating time to your studies. Pastor Paul Rika’s Burden, Vision and Action To Reach the Unreached (2) Wednesday 15th October TEXT: Titus 3: 3-6   Key verse: Titus 3: 6 “Which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior.” I remember I was in Sao Tome and Principe as a deeper life national overseer and I was writing the book, “Divine Revelation of God’s Holiness and Judgment.” The vision the Lord gave to Michael Sambo. I was translating it into a book, with the scriptural backups to make it a sound evangelistic book. I saw that truly the world is doomed. What will I say about those who have not known Jesus among the 7 billion people on earth; those who do not even have anything to do with Him? Do I speak of the billions in Asia without understanding of Jesus? Out of the 1.4 billion in India, they are struggling to record 150 million Christians including Catholics.  Who knows Jesus then? Even among Pentecosta...
