Jesus Is The Bond You Need

Friday May 17th

Text: 1 Corinthians 11:24-26
Key verse: Acts 17:28 “For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your poets have said, For we are also his offspring.”
Jesus Christ is the source of our physical life or existence on earth as well as eternal life. Just as a branch of a tree cannot exist on its own except it is fully connected to the tree, in like manner true believers in Christ cannot be fruitful in their walk with God unless they are wholly connected to Jesus, the source of life. Child of God, your life is intertwined with Jesus. Your life should be thoroughly mixed with Jesus. If He is not in your mind regularly, you will not remember to give Him glory. Do not serve God without consciously knowing Him. Jesus is the channel to realization. He is the channel of receiving every good and perfect gift from God. That is why you need to remember Jesus. Walk with Him. Plan with Him. Stay with Him. Remember Jesus that He is Alpha and Omega, your realization and true satisfaction.
Many believers live the Christian life without a conscious continual view of Jesus in their minds. They live the Christian life with little or faint memory of Jesus, the rock upon which they are built, who also is the rock that follows them. Jesus is my Lord, that’s all. There is no going to see Him or bothering to go and see Him. They work in an office with a boss. They don’t see the boss for months, it doesn’t bother. But then the boss is there. That’s how their Christianity is. They have not come to get the visual view, get the clear image and full connection with Jesus. But they move on. They have passive remembrance of Jesus; not active remembrance.
A man left his wife and went far to America. He went for something or for school and had been there for quite some time and has not come. Of course, they were together. They could write letter. But the wife started struggling to get back the picture of the husband. How does this man look like? How is his face? She was struggling to gather together fragments of that man’s image.

Thought for the day: Your life should be thoroughly mixed with Jesus

Song for the day: Jesus is the sweetest name I know

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. January Saturday 18th TOPIC: HOW TO ATTAIN BIBLE HOLINESS TEXT: Romans 6:20-23 KEY VERSE: Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Besides the essential knowledge of the holy life of a Christian, it is good to understand the manner and process of becoming holy before God. Holiness of life is a life that has overcome sin through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. It is a life that does not commit sin. 1John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Getting this experience requires four things: 1. Know that apart from holiness, there is no alternative lifestyle for heaven. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holin...
