How God Led Me To His Will For Me In Marriage (1)

Wednesday May 1st

Text: Numbers 36: 10 - 13
Key verse: John 2:2 “And both Jesus was called and His disciples, to the marriage.”
My name is Paul Nathaniel. I had trusted God for a life partner for many years; both before and after I joined HOREMOW but my efforts ended in disappointments and frustrations. I had four disappointments in a row in Garki zone; either at proposal uf introduction stage. I wept bitterly and decided not to marry any more like Apostle Paul. One day, a coordinator asked of my marriage plans and I told him that I have decided not to marry again. He counselled me for over an hour, prayed for me and encouraged me to make at least one more effort in faith. He assured me that God will visit me since He wants me to marry in His will.
I began to pray again. One day, a pastor came to the camp to see Daddy Paul Rika and invited me to come and assist him in a 2-day crusade in Kogi state. I prayed, “Oh God, as I go for this crusade, please reveal Your perfect will for me in marriage.” When I arrived at the crusade venue, I was offered a seat. I sat down and bowed my head in prayer. As I opened my eyes after the brief prayers, a young lady that I never knew before was kneeling in front of me. She greeted me and welcomed me to the crusade. Her voice sounded like music in my ears as she said, 'You are welcome, sir!" As I answered her greetings, I felt a cool sensation on my chest.
Then she rose up and continued her work as an usher. I perceived that it was not a coincidence. Later, I stood up and went to meet the host pastor and told him, “Sir, I have seen my wife.” He silenced me, “Don't lust after my daughters.” I said, “No sir, it is the leading of God.” He asked who the sister was and I told him. He said, “Okay, I encourage you to pray more.” When I came back to Abuja, I began to pray, saying, "God, if it be Your will, let Your will be done in my life.” One night I knelt and prayed for some hours before I went to bed. That night I had a revelation.

Thought for the day: God is the perfect matchmaker

Song for the day: I am married to Jesus; Satan leave me alone …

Bible reading for the day: 1 Chronicles 7-9

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. January Saturday 18th TOPIC: HOW TO ATTAIN BIBLE HOLINESS TEXT: Romans 6:20-23 KEY VERSE: Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Besides the essential knowledge of the holy life of a Christian, it is good to understand the manner and process of becoming holy before God. Holiness of life is a life that has overcome sin through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. It is a life that does not commit sin. 1John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Getting this experience requires four things: 1. Know that apart from holiness, there is no alternative lifestyle for heaven. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holin...
