Beware Lest Praise Singers Unseat You

Monday May 13th

Text: Daniel 6: 5 - 9
Key verse: Habakkuk 2: 4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.
These people deceived the king. Praise singers! A lot of these people who have left Holiness Movement were praise singers. They gave wonderful praises of what God is doing. Glory! Nothing compares with this. These messages are very great! They were trying to turn the king to pride. If you are not a righteous preacher, praise singers will unseat you. If you want to know whether a tube has a puncture, pump air into it, then the puncture will be clearly seen. Remember that Jezebel wrote letters for promotion of Naboth in order to destroy him.
This praise is to see your mistake; to lead you to a mistake which they will use against you. It worked on Darius. Did they have any need to exalt him; to say we make you a god for one month because of your special administration? “You have won the medal. We have looked at the kings of other nations. We have heard about them. In fact, we sent to rate them. You are the highest in the world now and therefore, our decision is to exalt you and make you the final authority for one month. So, for thirty days let nobody pray to any god or any man but all prayers everywhere should be to you. If anyone disobeys, let him be cast into the dens of the lions.”
Darius thought he was a great achiever. No! They are buying you to kill the righteous. Do not be carried away, proud or puffed up by human praises. These praises people are giving has no meaning in my life; it does not move me because better is the end of a thing than the beginning. What is meaningful is that which come from above, not from men. Some are sincere, yet give all the praises to God. If you are sincere, let God collect the glory. If you are hypocritical, let it fall to the ground and not to my eyes. That is a righteous king! Righteous preacher! Make sure it is like that with you so you are not captured by deceitful praise like Darius.

Thought for the day: Better is the end of a thing than the beginning.

Song for the day: All glory, glory, glory to the Lord, all glory …

Bible reading for the day: 2 Chronicles 21-24

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. January Saturday 18th TOPIC: HOW TO ATTAIN BIBLE HOLINESS TEXT: Romans 6:20-23 KEY VERSE: Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. Besides the essential knowledge of the holy life of a Christian, it is good to understand the manner and process of becoming holy before God. Holiness of life is a life that has overcome sin through the saving power of Jesus Christ. Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. It is a life that does not commit sin. 1John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. Getting this experience requires four things: 1. Know that apart from holiness, there is no alternative lifestyle for heaven. Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holin...
