NO PRAYER, NO ANSWER

God bless you for taking your time to study.

NO PRAYER, NO ANSWER

TUESDAY DECEMBER 20th

TEXT: MATTHEW 7: 7-11
Key verse: Hebrews 4:16, “Let us, therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
We must engage in prayer if we want answers from God. Asking, seeking, and knocking is divine duties that Jesus taught His disciples to do, even when the circumstances look odd or difficult. God places a high premium on prayer and even Jesus understood and demonstrated this in His earthly life and ministry. For sure, God has perfect knowledge of every situation; God knows exactly what His son required on earth; He knows the attacks of Satan upon His children; He also knows the brutal persecution of His children by Satanic powers over the nations, the murder, and the bloodshed. Yes, He can do something about it but He demands that we pray. God is always waiting in the house of prayer for us to come boldly and confidently to Him. We can enter in and tell Him what is troubling our minds. We can tell Him what we want Him to do for us and others in need.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 16 Rejoice evermore.  17 Pray without ceasing.
18 In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
Prayer is a very vital ingredient in our spiritual lives. We should not just pray after we have encountered a challenge but before the challenge even arises; we need to pray up and be ready for these encounters. “Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak” (Matthew 26:41). In challenging situations we need to pause and pray, pouring out our hearts to God to be strengthened by Him to walk forward in obedience, no matter the cost. When we pray, we can carry our cross and follow Jesus. This call demands readiness to pray daily for whatever might come our way. Let us be bold to come confidently to the throne of grace to find help in time of need. We must pray, because no prayer, no answer.

Thought for the day: Failing to pray is planning to fail.

Song for the day: We will continue to pray, and never be tired

Bible reading for the day: Micah 4-5; Revelation 11

For taking your time to study remain blessed. UNDERSTANDING ETERNITY WEDNESDAY MAY 10 TEXT: Psalm 90: 1 - 2 Key Verse: “The Lord is King forever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land Psalm 10:16 People that understand eternity are always careful. Eternity means forever and ever, it means ever-lasting, ever-living, never dying. Trillion upon trillion years, eternity is still on, in fact it is life without end. There are two extreme ends of eternity: The kingdom of God called third heaven where God the Father, God the son, God the Holy Ghost, twenty-four elders, saints of God that make heaven, holy angels of God, and entire host of heaven dwell now presently; Hell-fire, where Satan, demons, and sinners that have died in their sins are presently kept. God is the One that introduced eternity. He lives forever. It is not a choice, the One who created us is forever, hence you will live forever, but what matters is where you will live eternally. Remove God from the way, then t...
Every Word Of God For Daily Living For taking your time to study remain blessed July Tuesday 9th TOPIC: WE ARE IN THE TWILIGHT HOUR OF RAPTURE TEXT: Ephesians 5:26-27 KEY VERSE: Hebrews 9:28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Seeing the traces of the features of the next dispensation in this present dispensation, you should know that you are in the twilight hour. What is a twilight hour? A twilight hour is that hour of the day that you begin to see the traces of the night while it is still daylight (probably 7:00pm to 7:30pm). It is not completely dark, yet it is not complete bright either. While it is still day, you are seeing the traces of the night. A twilight hour is the hour when you are still in this dispensation but you are already seeing traces of the next. The twilight hour is the time that our Lord Jesus Christ was born and even though He came with the New Test...
