ETERNAL SECURITY; A DOCTRINE FROM THE PIT OF HELL

God bless you for taking your time to study.

TOPIC: ETERNAL SECURITY; A DOCTRINE FROM THE PIT OF HELL

TEXT: EZEKIEL 3:20, 21

TUESDAY DECEMBER 27th

Key verse Ephesians 4:14 - That we henceforth are no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
The doctrine of eternal security is a teaching that states, “Once saved, always saved”. It says that once a person is born again by trusting in Jesus, he cannot be eternally condemned or damned in hell even if he backslides. Those who hold this doctrine teach that “Anyone who has believed in Christ can never miss heaven; no matter how he sins. This is a false teaching from the pit of hell.
 This doctrine strengthens the power of the flesh and gives license to sin. It makes Christian discipline and striving after holiness to be optional.  Hear this warning from the Lord “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die. (Ezekiel 18:4)  The Lord says anyone that sins shall perish. Christians who teach and live in the light of this doctrine will surely miss heaven when they die.
This is what the Bible calls the doctrine of devils. This false doctrine must be fought against vehemently to rescue the church of God from her enemy. Let every sincere and true child of God, who finds himself or herself teaching and practicing this doctrine, repent in the name of Jesus Christ. Come to sound doctrine for your salvation and the salvation of those that hear you. The voice of the Scripture to the heavenly-minded believer is clear in this respect.
“But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.  Ephesians 5:3,6
“But I keep under my body and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means when I have preached to others, I should be a castaway. 1 Corinthians 9:27

Thought for the day: The soul that sins, shall die.

Song for the day: Give me that old-time religion (3x) It’s good enough for me.

Bible reading for the day: Zechariah 4-6; Revelation 18

Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All

God's blessing shall be following you continually for taking the time to study. Them That Sin, Rebuke Before All   Monday 24th March Text: 1 Timothy 5: 19-22 Key verse: Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 1 Timothy 5:20 God wants you to avoid doing evil while saying you want to go to heaven. You may be a member of a worldly church and be saying, “It is my tribal church; if I leave them, they will be angry. I do not want them to be angry.” Is it God you want to make angry by your compromise? You will see the anger of God indeed. It is through the word that you perfect the people, and as a result, the Bible says, “Thou shalt not suffer sin upon your brother. Thou shall reprove him.” Your brother or sister has done a bad thing, and you do not bother. You leave them in their sins. They may do the same to other people. The Lord says, “Correct them.” Do not allow sin to be in them because sin will take them to hell. The Bible says, “Them that sin, rebuke befo...
For taking your time to study remain blessed. FACTS TO BE UNDERSTOOD ON REVELATION MESSAGES WEDNESDAY JANUARY 11 TEXT: NUMBERS 12: 4-8. Key verse: "To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them" Isaiah 8:20. God has given revelations to many in our days and He is still in the business of doing that. The choice of these messengers is His sovereign will. Some of these revelations are written in books for all to read and some are shared verbally. There are scriptural facts to be understood on these revelation messages. They follow the pattern of scriptural revelations in the Holy Bible. Some are given in plain, simple and direct language, while some are given in pictorial language and figures of speech. The recipient of the revelation may be an ignorant person whose understanding is unfruitful, hence, he may not be capable to interpret the revelation received. Except God gives the grace of interpretation to ...
